Changed my supplier as last one made pots to small. Glad I did as these guys do some good stuff. From purchase they have been excellent in keeping me up to date on my purchase. Arrived yesterday and tried it last night. My spine is garbage and this helps to relax and I got the best sleep I have had in about 4month.
