I don't know what I was expecting. My experience was an oversweet confection with no appetite for another. Thats it! I won't be buying anymore!

Some of the cbd crumble aren't sealed the same .with plastic wrap but have a seal inside. This seal has half of the crumble stuck to it and is hassle to remove. The Cellophaned packaging seal is better. Otherwise perfect company

I bought the CBC CBD Muscle Rub in the 5000g strength. I had used it before but the shop i previously bought it from hadn't stocked it for a while. I suffer from fibromyalgia and this cream worked well for my pain when I had flare ups. It smells nice too which is great when I have to slap it on. There was an offer on them which was a bonus. Once ordered they arrived within a couple of days which was really quick. I will deffinately buy this muscle rub again as it works well for me.

Products are reliable deliveries arent processed within time acceptable too much buisness leads ti loss of custom... if youre able to provide funds thet can buy youre product wich they then send on after reading reveiws its... yore custom is not requored people arent robots & we dont send it! How do you explain not processing the last order for over 5 days? Taking minies for products then not providing them! Skaodash service & disgracefull to customwrs with issues arising from monies taken & excuses & insult in return you call peopleliars but the negatives will soon out eigh the fact your 'cheap' pay extra receive same product & eeliability compassion information & most of all customer services you treat people like fools yet have your location on the said site as a back street dealer its imperative you work on securuty also when offending people with health issues you fail tgen call liars tgats our people you goat accept when wrong dont be desperate!

Arrived within a few days of ordering unbroken.
Both bottles' expiry dates were in 41 days of receipt; each bottle contains 50 days dosage.
You can work out what a waste of money/con that was.
I know I should have returned it but needed it for a deadline. Too early to see if product actually efficacious.

Great products i had bought quite a few and everything was just the best all were wax and crumble etc. Also great customer service i had confused them a few times but all went well in the end so thank you :)

Great products that I've tried. CBD gummies and disposable CBD vapes. Had one that didn't work, customer service was fabulous. They sent a replacement but that also didn't work. Immediately refunded me after sending a short gif of the broken items. Cannot fault their service, delivery times or high quality products. The vapes are true to advert when it comes to how many puffs etc. CBD has been a huge help managing pain from long term health conditions, I work full time and don't want to be on strong pain relief. It's been life changing.

CBD Village replied quickly and arranged a refund as well as a speedy delivery so I upgraded my rating. Minus 1 star is due to my extra time to communicate with them.

Beware of payment processing glitches resulting in triple payments for one order!
Wow! I only wanted to buy one small bottle of CBD oil for discounted price from CBD Village and ended up paying for three orders with three separate shipping fees due to the payment processing glitches on their website. Error messages kept coming up asking you to type in credit card details over and over until it finally accepted. Then, I get charged three times yet they only sent me two order confirmations (two order numbers) so I had no idea the order was processed three times!
They cancelled one order and refunded me at my request for one of the two accidental orders but processed the mysterious unnumbered 3rd order and kept my money. Really, who orders the same bottle three times paying three separate shipping fees to the same address simultaneously on the same day?

I was impressed with their prompt cancellation and refund not knowing that there were three same orders which they must have known on their system. I only wanted one bottle in one parcel yet today I received two bottles in two separate parcels from this company ended up paying for two shipping fees. I have no email confirmation or shipping information about this mysterious package but according to my credit card statement I paid for it. What a mess!
I will never trust this company and want to warn everyone to be careful when you pay online. I do hope they will reply and explain to me what happened.
