Great customer service

Bought from CBD Village twice now, second time the vape I ordered had an issue with the battery, and they sent me a new one free of charge within the week.

Can't complain at all because they checked with the supplier and there was no replacement parts available. 5/5

CBD oil for dogs.

It’s early days yet to tell whether it’s making a big difference to our dog, but we will continue with it in hope.
My only criticism is that it took almost three weeks to arrive, but as I ordered just before Xmas I should have allowed for holiday shut down.

Hello,pretty dissapointed with the…

Hello,pretty dissapointed with the service to be fair . it has been some 2 weeks nigh on since i recieved my order . SMASHED to bits ,very sub standard bubble wrapping as protection ,and glass jars stacked one on top of other ?? no spacer ? no lid security. Contents had to be disposed of ! i have spent a small fortune on your products ! I was gutted to find that i could not give feedback or notify you from phone or mobile device ? why? asking for new browser if i ticked negative feedback ?? it is a dissapointing trail to have to follow to give feedback on what clearly was a mistake ? on possibly a few sides . I look forward to any reply . i have reluctantly still been touting your product. i look forward to a remedy for this inconvenience. MANY THANKS . As you may tell i am reluctant to order again till we do sort this issue.

Amount agreed to pay increaced by £5 after payment taken

Ordered my item, paid by card, order received page appeared to show £5 delivery. No mention of carrage charges untill after payment taken. Payment to be taken was £18.99 when I agreed to proceed by giving my card details money taken was £23.99 AFTER money taken.
Nasty and underhand, why can't they be transparent?

Long delay in despatch and delivery.

I placed my order and recieved confirmation but one week later the item still hadn't been dispatched.
After I enquired by email 24hrs later I had a dispatch notification but no explanation for delay in despatch.
Happy with product but communication and postage time not great.

I ordered 3x different items

I ordered 3x different items

The Vape - its OK but I'm yet to feel much of a difference, but I do feel slightly dizzy after use, but after a while of using it, I do feel slight calmer.

The Gummies - Taste OK but with 10 in a bottle its difficult to say if its made any impact

The Oil - I have to say, does absolutely nothing for me and has a horrid taste and don't even mention the aftertaste, think licking an ashtray.
