Good first impression as a new customer.
I recently ordered a small bottle of CBD extract 250MG -Canndid. This was a little slow in despatch due to an issue at the CBD Village in arriving, but on this account CBD Village threw in an extra bottle of Canndid which was great as I wasn't badly inconvenienced by the delay. I am enjoying using the product so far. This is the first time I've purchased anything from CBD Village so good first impression.

Unfortunately the product I ordered was out of stock, but it was replaced by a better product and some free gifts were thrown in. The changes were communicated prior to despatch to ensure I was happy. Great service!

price difference
I ordered the Loveburgh 420mg hemp seed cbd oil costing £27.99 but received an e-mail saying it was out of stock.I was offered a refund or the choice of two alternative products which I assumed would be similar in quality and price. I choose health focus hemp 5000mg whole plant full spectrum hemp oil but this does not have the same impact as Loveburgh however it was my choice . I have since noticed on the Health Focus website that their product which CBD offered me was on sale for ££12.49 , I paid CBD £27.99 , hell of a difference.

The flavourless CBD shots really don't have a flavour and are fantastic for making my favourite liquids into CBD liquids also. Just remember the flavour will be diluted a bit, I have some concentrated flavour shots too for my favourite liquids to counter this.

We have ordered from CBD Village 3 or 4 times now. The first order arrived 3 days after ordering via hermes. The last number of times it has taken up to ten days to be delivered ! Unimpressed with your choice of delivery company!
