Delivery arrived late and incomplete

I ordered two bottles of CBD oil and paid for express delivery. A week later, the parcel finally arrived and only contained one bottle. I have emailed customer service but not yet had a reply. I appreciate it can take 48 hours to respond but I am very disappointed by this company.

I was sent a small part of my order thinking the rest of it was on its way. Only to find that the rest of the order has not been sent. Not sure how they could make such a big mistake.

Order cancelled due to system error

Placed an order only to receive an email next day that due to system error the items are out of stock, the order has been cancelled and I have been refunded.
Not at all impressed will avoid buying again.

Expired very quickly, lots of wasted product

Products were close to expiry date so have barely used any before it was out of date. Contacted the company to ask for either a replacement bottle with a longer expiry date or to escalate as a complaint and they haven't replied. The website says the products last for 30 months this is clearly misselling to customers

Out of date

Received my purchase of CBD oil to aid with sleep issues. Surprised and disappointed at how small the bottles were. On closer inspection I also noticed an expiry date of 5/22.

Short expiry date

I received the discovery duo at the end of January 2023 and it expires in March 2023. I know that these are only the small tester pots but I would still expect a longer expiry date than this. Even if I like the CBD oil, I’m unlikely to buy a larger bottle as I would be concerned that this would also only have a very short expiry date.

Two weeks to dispatch...

Have ordered quite a few times before with no issues, but this time it has taken two weeks for my order to be dispatched - it only seemed to get dispatched at that point because I emailed to chase it up. I was told I would be emailed a tracking number within 24 hours, and 48 hours later I had not so had to contact them again. I have still not recieved my product that I ordered on the 29th November and with the Royal Mail strikes it now seems unlikely I will get it before Christmas.

Takes ages to process orders now - bad service

I've ordered from here for quite a while and the products are really good. Unfortunately, lately the despatch times have been really bad. My most recent order has not even been processed for a week. Along with the RM strikes, this means my orders have taken a while. I know from Instagram that this company uses celebs & influencers to promote their products - I'm sure they don't have to wait a week to get their orders processed. This company's products do work for me but unless I'm prepared to wait for ages for my orders, I suppose I'll have to look elsewhere

Rubbish CBD DO NOT ORDER…

I can’t seem to order now every payment option I use is blocked for some reason. They take ages to
Reply to email. So I’ve given up. I’ve found better elsewhere and a lot cheaper too. Maybe if I was a z list celeb my account would of been ok using all the voucher codes that are online. Guess not.

Sent expired products

I queried the expiry dates before I ordered the capsules (Total & Immune) as I’ve previously used up my expired capsules. When the bottles arrived, I can see they have just put new expiry stickers over the old dates on the bottle. So I have spent £40 on 3 expired bottles from Sep 22 (i was told they expired in Feb 2023). I will never use this company again.

Fantastic

I rarely write reviews but I’ve been so impressed at how quickly this oil has helped me. I bought the starter pack a week ago and as soon as I started the drops I immediately felt more relaxed. That night I had the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I suffer from bad bouts of anxiety and this has really made a difference. I just generally feel so much better. I am looking forward to trying out other products.

Terrible customer service

Fast delivery Unfortunately the products had an expiry of 1 month,useless as I had ordered a 4 month course.When I emailed I was told to return for a refund,but I would have to pay the postage ! Disgusting customer service on a product that is useless to me.I won't be using this company again.

Wrong prices Unfulfilled orders Poor customer service

Products advertised at the wrong price, heavily discounted and not honoured and order cancelled without notification or a follow up.

Should CBII honour pricing mistakes especially when they have been brought up to their attention by the customer?

Of course they should.

Their lack of transparency and complete absence of customer service is a no no and I will stay away from CBII, and I recommend you do the same.

Their whole ethos is compromised now, if they’re prepared to do that what else will they do with their own products?

Can I trust them? Can you?

Don’t be fooled by their discounts and heavy presence on social media.

I’ve now requested they delete my CBii account and remove my contact details from their marketing material together with an acknowledgment and a timescale for action, let’s see how long will they take and what a response I get. Not holding my breath I might just need to contact the ICO.

Try a different brand

I know cbd works differently for different people, but for me this is in no way worth the money. The bottles are so small- I started using mine 3 weeks ago and it’s already nearly finished. Hasn’t improved my sleep, and mentally I’m exactly the same. I know there are other brands online that seem of higher quality, so I will try that next. This brand seems to have had better PR- Instagram, podcasts etc, but this is a good lesson in not always buying the ‘cool’ version, and doing a bit more research. Hope this helps anyone who’s unsure.

No tracker and short date

Excited to start my CBD experience with the discovery duo, particularly liked the idea of the 7 day tracker seen as I haven’t taken CBD before but unfortunately my order didn’t arrive with this and the box has been badly damaged.

They also have an expiry date of next month so I hope full size bottles (should I decide to order more) don’t have the same short date on them

Titanium dioxide is no longer considered a safe food additive by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority)

Claim ethanol as an extraction method better than co2 for full spectrum extracts. Comparable certs prove otherwise. Don't buy into this because a famous in person told you to. They'll sell you anything.

Take keto products as an example. Lots of money paid for it and It's just a calorie deficit. Just skip breakfast. Intermediate fasting, just a calorie deficit. People buy into rubbish because famous people that looks good tell them to.

Titanium dioxide (E171) is a substance authorised as a colour in certain foods, in accordance with Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008. However, on the 14-Jan-2022, Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/63 of 14 January 2022 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the food additive titanium dioxide (E 171) was issued, banning the use of titanium dioxide as a food additive. Until 7 August 2022, foods produced in accordance with the rules applicable before 7 February 2022 may continue to be placed on the market. After that date, they may remain on the market until their date of minimum durability or ‘use by’ date. However, since the UK has left the European Union, this new regulation doesn’t apply in the UK.
