Avoid

Took money immediately, had no email saying the order was sent or delayed after 5 days. I sent an email asking when it would be dispatched. No reply after 14 days. I've asked for a refund.

Brilliant service.

The first time I ordered from here it took a while to come, but have since placed two orders and they have come within 3 days. Really friendly emails from the owner, loyalty points on every order and great products. Really happy with the service.

Feels like a scam.

Feels like a scam.. Only received half my order and no reply to emails plus the phone number just rings to a full mailbox so you can never speak to anyone. Will keep trying but bad experience. Even though you receive a nice email after ordering.

I ordered some wax from this company

I ordered some wax from this company, as their 3 day delivery fitted with my plans to give it as a present to someone before they went away. 3 days after ordering it 2 bottles of drops arrived. Not what was ordered. I sent them an email advising them as to what had happened, and nothing. Two more emails to them, and someone called Tom emailed me back to ask for a picture proof of the wrong order. I sent it back the same day. When nobody contacted me I emailed again, explaining it was a present and could I have some expediency in this matter as the person who it was for was leaving, and 4 days later still no one has been in touch. While I understand running a business is difficult given the current situation, this really is poor customer service.
I don’t think I will be using their services again.

Company not worth the money

Cbd wellness send email next day after the order that if need help with anythin we can contact thrm. After this everything go silent. No response for qu3stions where is our order after one week of no update, nobody pick up the phone as well. Trying to contact this company for more than a wekk everyday and no respinse at all. Have to go through the reimbursment process through my bank. The company send email month later that the product is not on store and what we would like to do with the money already paid, if we would like to refund....horrible service. Cant recommend this company. I understand there could be issues due to brexit but to reply for email or pick up the phone and say there is issue...it can be done.

Not Received order - feel like I’ve been scammed - (received order in the end)

Not Received order! No response to emails, no answer on phone number, mail box so obviously not checking messages anyway! Sent message on Instagram but ignored that aswel!
Ordered 1 week ago and order is still unfulfilled! Taken payment and just not sending goods! It’s absolutely terrible!
I will call my bank to charge back if this is not resolved! I just got an automated email asking how is my purchase!! So annoying as if their system know I should of had my order by now.
The thing that’s the worse is the fact they are completely ignoring me! If there is a delay etc then let customers know!
Hope you read this and get back to me before I contact bank for a chargeback! Unfair to cause Such unnecessary stress and emails and phone calls!

I have edited review as after chasing they finally sent items! I ordered x2 1500ml and they sent x4 750ml it’s ok 👍🏻. However one of them the security seal is open (tamper proof) so I only changed to 3 star. The non response from emails or messages or phone meaning I’m not gonna waste my time telling them about open container.
I was a loyal customer but this time the service was pretty bad that I won’t use this company ever again, shame!

Disappointed

Whilst it's understandable in the current climate (Covid/Lockdown) that businesses are struggling to operate as they would normally, my experience with CBD Wellness Centre has been nothing short of shocking.

On the face of it their website seems legit enough, there's no red flags to suggest you're dealing with a shady business so I put my order in feeling fairly confident and i got the usual order confirmation email - so far so good.

It must be said that there is nothing on their website to say that customers should expect delays due to Covid-19 and they boast delivery in 2-3 Days using DPD which was a draw for me when I ordered although I was happy to wait a little longer with how things are.

It's been nearly 10 days now and i've still got nothing to show for my money and my order is still listed as "unfulfilled" on their order tracker. To make matters worse i've received automated emails from CBD Wellness Centre asking me "How did we do?" and "We hope you're enjoying you order!" and one from "Darren" thanking me personally for my order which is just rubbing my face in it to be honest.

I've sent 3 emails now and non of them have been replied to and i've tried ringing 5 times and couldn't get through to anyone.

I'm going to be contacting my bank to seek getting my money back.

I'd be massively weary of ordering from them as, at best they don't seem to be able to fulfil orders and at worst they are out to scam people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I purchased some gummies and it said it would arrive in 3 days via DPD. 5 days later it hadn't even been shipped. I emailed 3 Times to ask for a refund and received no response. Now I have to go through my bank and do a charge back. Terrible, avoid at all costs. They take your money and don't send anything.

No response, no delivery

I ordered on the afternoon of Dec 24th I received a confirmation email to say my order would be delivered in 2/3 days, it’s now Dec 31st I am due to leave the delivery address and Iv emailed 3 times now to see where my order is or if I can change the delivery address and Iv had no response, iv called twice and it went to voicemail, after spending €67 on products I haven’t received I am gutted as I thought I’d be pain/flare up free for the new year

Wrong item received

Wrong item received. Multiple messages to customer services ignored. Eventually got a reply to a Facebook (!) dm asking for my order details, but then heard nothing more after I supplied that info.

After a month of waiting, I've chalked it up as a lost investment and will never order from this company again.

Sorry but your customer service is appalling.

Ordered 2 CBDFX CBD OIL TINCTURE 1000MG spending £80 in total. Both bottles ordered have a defect in that they do not open in the way they should (push down and twist) - can take a long time to try and pry open and sometimes will not open at all.

Have contacted CBD Wellness Centre on 2 occasions asking what can be done about this on 24th and 25th November and received no response from them whatsoever.

Decided to use them over more well known reputable companies and unfortunately regret that decision.

Would suggest you think twice before ordering from here if you want quality products and good customer service.

I ordered some CBD isolate from CBD…

I ordered some CBD isolate from CBD Wellness Centre and a week had passed, yet I had not received my order. I called up and it turned out the courier company had lost the order. Another was sent out and I received the product within 48 hours. This was dealt with very well, with no hassle. Will buy from them again.

Avoid!! Don't send orders and ignore all methods of communication

Lack of customer service or even communication is highly unprofessional, I was a regular customer but the fact I placed an order a week ago and it still has not been dispatched and I have had no response to my email or even anyone pick up the phone means I will not be using this company again and I will be advising everyone I know to avoid it. If I still dont receive a response then my next step will be to open a case with my bank. Shame used to be a good company and always delivered next day.
