Ordered my product the end of last week (thursday/Friday) and arrived Monday. Welcome and thank you email from Darren. Nice touch. Very easy and quick transaction. Definitely recommend for customer service. I'll be trying my product in the next couple of days 🤞

Ordered a week ago nothing since payed for 2-3 day delivery emailed 4 times nothing had my father email them to ask about delivery replied to him straight away still nothing back to me! Disgusting the amount of money I’ve spent to be scammed!!

After leaving a review, Tom replied and now my order is on the way. Appreciate that it was sorted out.

cbd gummy bear product was sent to me and it was opened with the security seal broken.
i sent an email to say i was unhappy to consume something when the security seal was broken.
i was told i probably broke it when opening the lid, but thats not physically possible. i emailed back and asked for either a new product or a refund on the product as its not fit for consumption and i have been ignored twice. i hope that they will respond at least to this review to resolve the matter.

Ordered 2 items waited 2 weeks nothing, rang to ask where items where said “ people have over ordered this product” and then refunded money but still taking orders for the same product??! Never again terrible customer service

4 e-mails wondering where my order is. Zero replies. Terrible customer service.
I have no ideia if my product is arriving at all or if it isn't. Was supposed to be a birthday gift for my brother.

BTW, the problem isn't how long it is taking. The problem is the lack of reply from your side. You've only replied now, after a review.

After my regular supplier ceased trading, it was time to find a new supplier for my CBD vape juice. Went onto google and found this sight. Had a look through their website...(looks professional, products look good, 2/3 day delivery! Brilliant!) Jumped onto trustpilet to have a look at reviews. Saw a few not so good ones, but overall, looked ok...ordered very early hours of monday 10th Feb.
Money taken out my bank on tuesday and received an email from Darren thanking me for my order and to get in touch if any problems etc etc. Loved this touch as customer service I'm sure to everyone means a lot. Put my mind at ease after the not so sure feelings of ...should I order from this site? after reading the few bad reviews...
So friday comes around. No sign of my order. I email them asking...I havent even had a tracking number sent after 5 days...Am I gonna get my order?
Get an email back from them on the following tuesday with my tracking number and recieved my delivery, 9 days later, on Wednesday 19th Feb.
Now assuming most people use cbd due to illness etc, plus the fact the site states 2/3 days delivery, I find this unacceptable. Had I recieved my order like they stated on delivery, this would have been a 5 star review as the product I received is really good quality. The vape oil tastes lovely, smokes great and I couldn't fault it. Had the service been as they state on their site, I would have been a loyal customer and never bought my cbd products from anywhere else but due to the extremely bad delivery. I'm back to the drawing board to finding a new supplier 😞

Delivery as stated, lots of choice, my only gripe is that different website I order from offers free next day delivery over £50, these guys do free 3-day delivery, but it was worth the wait so not a huge issue. The range of choice is a little overwhelming but this is the perfect site for trying a few different types of products to understand what works for you and what doesn't - Decent prices too. Will use again definitely!

The willy Wonka raspberry chocolate tasted extremely sweet and artificial, almost like an air freshener. The drink was okay and the gummy bears once again, tasted horribly chemical like.

i emailed asking for shipping updates, first email got a reply straight away however, 3 emails later still no response, specifically bad as i ordered next day delivery and that was on friday night
