I visited your store moments ago (1st May,2026) I was assisted by a youngman by the name P.J. Carey. (who was busy with another floor client when I arrived) after which he kindly and compentaintly demonstrated the duaribility of the hurricane impact windows for our home and the metal shutters for our Apartment Complex. Moments into the demo I believe that his Supervisor called him on the portable radio with regards to not picking up the line to deal with a phone customer. That did not go well so I left in the middle of the demo. My husband and I are business persons as well. Therefore, it does not make good business sense for a person to be pulled away from a floor client everytime the phone rings, have someone inplace to strictly handle the phone and set up a callback system. So please give it some thought and make it make sense!
