Good service

I have been an online shopper for a while now, the website is easy to use BUT the delivery option and especially Daquan is awesome. He is respectful, courteous and very helpful, an asset for sure.

It was difficult to get to speak with…

It was difficult to get to speak with someone to get additional information before making my purchase. When I did get to talk with someone, they promised to send me further information and never did. I asked for a call before it went out for delivery and I never got that either. Maybe the online department needs further assistance or training. The delivery guy was much better and communicative.
