Absolutely rubbish company!!! How can you say something without help support I’ve write for you couple of emails and nobody respond back!!! I think they are big scammer!!!

I have been with this provider for over three years and never had any severe problems.
Yes the site like all providers suffers from the odd glitch but in my experience it is sorted quickly.
All in all I would recommend this service.

They don’t even deserve a star. It’s been over a week and I still can’t access what I’ve paid for. Customer service is shockingly useless, it’s been 4 days with no reply and when they do reply it’s the same automated message, none of them read my questions or issues. I’m at a loss as there are no numbers for the company, and no one is replying, a company like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate. It’s a scam !!! If you’re wanting to sign up with CCCAMBOX DONT! And if you’ve had the same issue but managed to somehow get hold of customer service please let me know. Worst serve EVER

Very reliable and stable service. Quality streams and loads of movies and series. Been with these guys for almost 2 years now and will continue to renew subscription in the future. Very rarely had an issue and any issue I have had has been promptly dealt with and solution found.

The service is very poor, 318 Italian channel and about 20 accessible and unstable, I've asked after 10 days to activate the 30 day guarantee money back, they closed the ticket and I opened a new one, several times this process and at last this answer: "After reviewing your situation, we have determined that our refund policy does not allow for a refund in this case. Our refund policy is outlined in the purchase agreement that was presented to you at the point of sale, and it is designed to maintain the best possible pricing and availability for our customers." .

Quick response to my email very clear to what was needed to do at my end to get my subscription up and running

I made a subscription end of 2022. When I realized that the service was not up to my expectations (many channels, do not work, freeze, all in HD and none in UHD) I decided to cancel the subscription by applying 30 days money back guarantee.
Writing in English, the support responds quite quickly.
At the beginning, Cccambox denied my refund and closed the ticket.
What I've done :
- if they close a ticket, open a new one
- I have threatened them to complain
to the cybernetics crime department
police
_ I have informed them I was going to contest the charge of my credit card to my bank
- I have informed them that I was going to
draw attention to this fraud
to the company that deals their e
transactions called
Stripe.com
- I have informed Stripe.com, which were very understanding and explained to me how I had to open an official complaint.

After about 6 tickets, from being on the verge getting insulted by cccambox customer service...

Money back guarantee is a joke. I only bought this to watch the football, as I already have a far superior (iPTV Trends) where I occasionally struggle to find untelevised games. This service has hardly any VOD, the games I wanted aren’t on, and they won’t honour the guarantee, despite there being no clauses on their website. Starting a chargeback on my credit card.

My first year with this streaming service was very hit and miss for the FULL 12 months. I should have known better but you live and learn. They claim to be the best but they are far from it. If it was possible I would give them a minus rating. Every single channel buffers even though my speed is in excess of 300 mpbs. They don't reply to emails and when you raise a support ticket this also goes unanswered. Money back guarantee, well that's a laugh. You would be as well taking your cash and chucking it in the skip as you will not get it back (i've asked) and you will have the worst service for however long you have taken out your subscription. If you have read this and still think I'll give it a try then your a mug.

Using App "iptvsmarters pro" with a Fire TV Stick 4K it works really good. Less buffering than in earlier times with other apps (Smart IPTV) and hardware (lower Fire TV Stick).
Good support. If somethings does not work you can write and they solve it.
But I miss VOD in german language.
Am using it for approx. 3 years now with Fire TV Stick 4k. My full recommendation!

Hello I like to give everyone a second chance but boy am I sorry I renewed my contract with ccambox. Comon 21st May and to date I have no service They refuse to engage with me and when I contact them they do not answer. I paid the fee but got no service. They have huge communication problems. I will accept my financial loss but keep away from this crooked privider

Awful no service still take payment , then when stopped by the bank still mange to receive payment shocking all round

The support is very poor trying to set up the service and smart ass emails if you request a refund
