CCF Enfield I had to wait 1 hour for pre ordered material to be fetched from the yard to my van!!

I have been pull from one branch to another they don't give head office number like its more valuable than the hope diamond went to Basildon branch after talking to them several times no one told me they don't take money is this now the normal I asked to times different price twice first price £60 for tiles delivery £35 next time I enquiry £100 for tiles £90 for the delivery beware of this company no head office number no customer care what a shame all I wanted was some tiles to complete a job hmmmm

Just like to mention that Arun Santa and the team at CCF Wandsworth have been going above and beyond with some exceptional service provided to several sites in central London.

Utterly reprehensible company - I ordered 14 rolls of Knauf loft insulation thru Insulation4less who sourced the rolls thru CCF Norwich
They knowingly loaded 14 rolls of insulation onto courier van knowing they were soaking wet and unusable as loft insulation - disgraceful dishonesty
The courier driver told them they were soaking wet and would be rejected but CCF sent them anyway

The Birmingham branch I had really helpful experience with Ashley and Sona (amazing) but Adam was the most rude and unhelpful sales person I’ve ever dealt with!!!

Purchased 42 sheets of 100mm kingspan therma pitch from CCF East Kilbride branch , during installation in a room and roof trusse, it became clear that there was a manufacturing issue with foil on the board as delamination was taking place , the sheets have air bubbles all over , there is shrinkage on foil barrier, we contacted Paul herring govan branch CCF , who is the manager for east Kilbride branch, he was aware that there was issues with the kingspan product that he had sold us and has done nothing to rectify the problems, we have been in contact with travis Perkins group headquarters, we have contacted trading standards Scotland for there assistance in this matter we will post a update to the trade shortly.

I ordered some insulation over a different website, who placed the order to CCF, i booked the order for 14.05, without any call i got an email that delivery sate is 15.05, in 15.05 i was called that they can't deliver, so delivery is in 16.05, in 16 i was called again that they will deliver in 17th. So all.the work at the house need to be hold because of the insulation, in 17.05 at 11am i got a.call that they don't have a rigid vehicle with hiab or tail lift, so they will send it with a van and they will handball it on the street, i said it's ok, i will move it from there, the driver didn't even wanted to touch the goods till someone not helping, ao.he end up in the van watching!! Proper delivery company.

Colin at the Bristol branch was more than helpful when needing items the next day. Emailed before opening and managed to get added to our delivery order for the same day. Thank you Colin much appreciated

Started using CCF Liverpool recently after coming across them by chance, I was very surprised at the prices and the variety of insulation products and drywall systems available. I would recommend them to both DIYers as well as any professionals who have not tried them already.
