Was a bit sketched and didn't mind losing $ if i got scammed but took that chance and ended up receiving what i paid for. Took a while to get my purchase approved but that was easily fixed in minutes after getting in contact with their support team. Much appreciation to Michael A.

Really the best cdkey site out there.. They are Fast ! cheap prices and I never had trouble getting my Keys :) even when they are out of stock, they send some messages to let you know when the key will be ready, even then it's pretty Quick (max 30 mins).

Not sure what happened to this site and folks behind, but there is no support provided to my issue with invalid code for FIFA 2019 ordered in December. Problem raised on Christmas, all the required information provided fine, last email response from January-3 (I should be sent a new code). No response since after 3 more chasers. The only way to contact is via email. Given this was supposed to be a xmas present, it hurts double. If things turned good, i´ll leave a follow-up comment here.

Things got resolved eventually to my satisfaction. Yet there is a great room for improvement as for the communication and perhaps an option to be added to be able to connect with support team via telephone. Raising rating to average.

Im a retired old fella. CDKeyHouse reminds me of the level customer service that was normal in my youth. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Always my first stop for software or games.

I had a few questions about my purchase prior to ordering and used the chat support, the response this time and every subsequent time was almost immediate! Michael A was able to provide a quick and accurate response helping me with my purchase. Unfortunately due to my own error I purchased the wrong key! Michael A was able to work with me in fixing the situation I caused and pointed me in the right direction. Based on this experience CDkeyHouse is now at the forefront of sites I will use again in the future!

I have been buying game keys from cdkeyhouse for many years, i have never had any issues with redeeming the game codes or getting super low prices! The staff is nice, friendly and always helpful. do not believe the hype online about game key sites that are fraud! this is imply not true

Even after 6 years buying a key I wanted to re-installed, they gave me a new one a few days after contacting them. Great service, would recommend. Prices are good also.

Never had a bad experience with them, prices fluctuate a lot so you have to check often to get the best price for what you are looking for. Delivery is usually between 12 to 24h.Pre orders get sent the day before lunch.

I would recommend if they have the lowest price for the game/software you are looking for.

I've used CDKeyHouse for a few years now and they have always been good. Great prices and fairly fast delivery of the codes. Some are automated and send almost immediate and some take a little longer, but I've never waited more than 24hrs for a code. I have an issue one time with a code, all I did was email them and had a support ticket created immediately and with a couple of screenshots, they sent a new code that did work immediately. I have recommended them to friends and I recommend them to anyone that needs a cheap and reliable source for almost any cd key.

I'm a customer since 2013 and never had a single problem, these guys aren't the cheapest overall all the time, but most of it and also insanly fast about their orders :) I'll stay as customer as long this site exists for sure!
