CD key i payed for doesn't work. Already used. Takes them ages to respond to emails. It's been 3 days and still haven't received a refund. Pitiful slow service. DO NOT USE.

Bought Dark Souls Prepare to Die
Edition as the game is no longer on Steam. I couldn't verify my phone number, as I am not based in the US but submitted a ticket and in less than 12 hours got a response. They were out of stock but offered me another version.
I was skeptical at first but this site is trustworthy, its just managed by less people than sites like G2A but that's better IMO. Thank you!

Had problem with sms verification and couldnt recieve cdkey.
Wrote to support and recieved help in matter of minutes.
Please remove any kind of unnecesery verifications and I will fix my rating to 5.

Have made multiple orders always impressed with the price speed and service will order again in the future before making purchases on steam remember to check if cdkeyhouse has it first!!! Might have to try one of these fallout 76 beta codes cool you can get into a beta easily this way. Was a life saver when i needed a windows 10 key for a fresh install

I ordered two office cdkeys (the 2016 professional plus).

Both keys didn't work when I went to activate. I raised a support ticket, they took a while to get back to me, but asked for screenshots, which I sent over. I have heard nothing since.

Their support page is down and they are not responding to emails.

They used to be a great site, this is the first time I've had something like this happen.

Update 20/09/2018: CDKeyHouse has since reached out, and has agreed to refund my purchase as I ended up purchasing else where (due to time constraint).

Probably giving a better look to the webpage will be better as although the services are good the Webpage looks shady as hell

Those guys rocks, best place to buy cheap keys, is my 3 order here ar cdkeyhouse and always fast, 0 issue. Windows 10 pro activated 4 years ago and working. My first purchase was in 2012 for battlefield 2 and never an issue. I will continue using cdkeyhouse

You may not believe the low prices and you may question how products are delivered, but they’ve always given me a top notch service. I had an issue with my last purchase as they had sent the wrong thing. I contacted customer support and within an hour the problem was resolved. Mistakes happen, but CDKeyHouse resolved it very quickly and efficiently.

Always honest, bought 3 keys, 1 of which I already owned and 1 that had an issue. Response was timely and they replaced both keys for me. Been buying from them for years and this is the first time I had an issue like this and they took care of me promptly!

I placed Two orders, and the games were ment to be a Birthday gift for my son. Digital purchases are usually delivered immediately, and usually there is no issue.

However this tie none of my two order were delviered. I was asked for a copy of my identification, for an amount less than €20.

Since customer service was to slow to respond, I had to purchase the game else where at much higher price. And since they did not respond in time, I decided to initiate a dispute through Paypal. Now things started to move. One the games was delivered promptly, luckily the one i Did not purchase elsewhere, and I released payment. So far all good. With the other game I was promised the game and a random steam key, which I accepted, but nothing happened, they simply did not deliver, and had escalate the dispute to Paypal, and get my money back.

I hope CDKeyHouse, gets back on track. I know they are NOT scammers, but I think they are having some issues, they have to solve.

Despite going having to put through a dispute application, CDkeyhouse were able to address all my concerns an issues in a reasonable amount of time. Would glad to do business with them again

I purchase a window 10 pro cd key, after 5 days of verification they provide used product key Now they are not responding to my ticket. Please never ever think of purchase something there service is so poor and they are delivering fake keys.
