Excellent business with very friendly & helpful staff and owner! Affordable prices and very fast shipping.

I contacted CD World to ask for information regarding shipping, as I wanted to order items but I needed them very soon.

CD World replied immediately and assured me that my order would be posted ASAP. They did exactly that and I received my order the very next day!

The CDs were in pristine condition.

I'm in the UK and buying items from other countries is often fraught, but not this time. CD World obviously had concerns too was their estimated delivery date was over two weeks from the order date but the order arrived after a couple of days, complete with a hand written note the thanking me for the order.

I ordered a John Prine CD on 17th December and received it just a couple of days later. It was well-packaged and accompanied by a thank you note from CD World.
What more could I ask?

I’ve ordered twice this month from CDWorld.ie and the delivery turnaround was excellent. Both items well packaged. I gave a wrong eircode, sent an email and Mick was back to me in a few minutes saying he would send to correct eircode. I got delivery the next day! The second item I asked to be sent to my work place. Mick was on the ball, he rang to make sure I had given the correct eircode. Delivery received the next day! I know that mightn’t happen all the time especially coming up to Christmas but if you want something you have to order a few days ahead and that is for any company you are ordering from, give them a chance to get it to you. I would highly recommend CDWorld.ie. They have a great selection of products. A lovely gesture too is the thank you note in the package from Mick. A great Irish company and long may they thrive.

Third time ordering CDs from CD world. My first experience was not good as it was coming near to Christmas and their customer service was below par. However, Mick did his best and eventually everything was sorted. My second and third experience were seamless and I have no hesitation in recommending Mick and his team. CD World are not the biggest company in the world but it is an Irish company whom I will continue to support.

I received the CD earlier than anticipated, excellent service & excellent item along with hand written message from seller at CD World. Would use again & recommend. Many thanks.

Waste of time and money ordered a cd almost 2 months ago didn't receive it or a refund . Contacted was told they wer waiting on stock and if my cd didn't come in I would get a refund . Still no cd and now not replying almost 2 months ago. Avoid this place he's a scammer . I have also read other similar reviews on here

Ordered CD from CDWorld Ireland to my home in England. CD arrived ok, but didn't work - it was faulty.
An error code appeared on the player. I contacted CD World about returning it and they said to post it back.
I have tried for 4 months to return the CD via Royal Mail to Ireland. Despite taking it to my local post office and following their instructions and paying £10.90 recorded delivery; Irish Customs refused it. Saying I needed to pay more and it failed due to this and other payments needed.
The faulty CD was returned to me undelivered.
Despite numerous emails with Irish Customs and Royal Mail I am unable to return the faulty CD to CDWorld Ireland.
The company have taken my money but will give no refund and I'm unable to return the CD.
I would NOT recommend buying from this company if you live in the UK.

Ordered on a Wednesday and my D VD arrived on Friday. Great service

Ordered a DVD a few months ago , only received it after I went to cancel my paypal payment. Sadly I only tried playing it last night for my Grandson. Won't play . we are region 2 , dvd is region 1 (usa I think ). Don't waste your money on these cowboys!

Customer Care is a joke contacted them 3 times over a order I placed in December and never got any reply . I just want to know when will my order be dispatched as its for a Birthday Gift. I'm fuming as I could I got the same Vinyl on my Amazon Prime account in 2 days but it was a few euros extra so assumed I'd get this way in time for the Birthday but still no order. Now I'm gonna have to reorder on Amazon so basically lost €40 .

Absolute shambles off a company ordered a week ago took payment and no acknowledgement of order and mailed them 6 times and the contact number doesn't work,who do I report this too to get my money back now

I recently bought a few last minute Christmas gifts from CDWorld.ie and they were excellent. One of the albums I wanted was out of stock so they contacted me to suggest a suitable replacement and it was promptly delivered. Would recommend!

shocking website. waited 10 days for a shipping/dispatched email. only after querying the delay did i get one. remains to be seen if i receive the order. would never use again
