Very unhappy. Found a cd I’ve been looking for for ages, paid for it and got a confirmation email. Didn’t hear anything for a while so I emailed asking about the order and never heard back. Had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and only then did they email back saying my order was out of stock.

Had no issues ordering from CD world and had to contact their costumer service with a issue and found them prompt and very helpful, so I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a vinyl from this site and hadn't heard back for nearly 3 weeks. Was getting worried about my order so I got in touch with their "customer service". Communication was woeful. Took nearly a week to respond and just announced they were cancelling my order because the item wasn't in stock anymore. How can you trust a site that does stuff like this? I'm still waiting for my refund too. I might have given a second chance but they gave no apology or anything to show they were genuinely sorry. So please order vinyl's elsewhere, there's plenty of fantastic Irish retailers that sell vinyls online and offer a better service and communication (and a LOT cheaper too).
