I really didn't want to leave a poor review but, feel I have no choice. From the beginning there have been a number of errors - I have had to continually chase CEA to get updates and payments. I have had to correct them when they tried to charge me fees twice. I have kept them informed of the defendants change of address so that they could keep chasing him for payments and now, finally, the debt is paid in full (has taken more than a year) but, after cross referencing that we had received all the payments as stated by CEA there is one payment that has not been received - from the screen shot sent from CEA showing the date and amount, the bank account details were not correct which I pointed out to them and despite providing proof through bank statements and multiple emails being sent asking if they have traced the incorrect payment, I have heard NOTHING and am still waiting for the last £197 to be paid. Very disappointed.

Good, prompt service and excellent communication.

The situation we had, on site, was potentially volatile and intimidating and was dealt with by CEA in an effective and timely manner.

Great professional and very quick support when we need it

Excellent service - swiftly and efficiently dealt with our required common law eviction

We had travellers on our works car park who knew the law very well and played every card in the book including Covid-19. They were demanding money to leave and were not a nice bunch. Staffordshire Police offered no support or assistance but CEA stuck with it till the end and after 48 hours they left and we now have our car park back and staff free to park after a major clean-up. I've heard they are somewhere else local so if I find the business will pass on your details.

These Guys were great from the first phone call...was surprised we rang these guys and 24 hours later our friends were gone...

I was really impressed with how quickly they dealt with the problem. Excellent company

Called CEA to assist with a traveller issue on private land. They turned up the same day and served papers. Within 24 hrs the travellers moved on, CEA made it easy and hassle free, they have a great set of guys who carry out security and solved the problem very quickly without any damage to our property.

I’m very pleased to have them as a future contact for any ongoing issues we may have. Thank you to the whole team for the help, would highly recommend the services!

5 stars they've been absolutely brilliant in acting quickly in removing trespassers from our land the same day. We were really impressed. We were very concerned that our debtors would use the COVID-19 situation to avoid paying (which they did) as we rely on their payments to pay our monthly company bills, one of which is a very high commercial mortgage of which our bank will not give any payment holidays. We spoke to Eoin and Raymond and they explained they had made adjustments to how they work given the lockdown situation. They had made contact with the debtors and we are pleased to right this review and confirm the full amounts owed by our debtors were paid. Great service from initial enquiry right through. Fantastic service. I don't know what they said to my cowboy builder but he paid very quickly having ignored me and his CCJ for ages. Thanks to all at CEA.

Good and efficient 'on site' service, Invoicing has been a bit muddled at times, but issues have now hopefully been resolved

A simple letter to the debtor was all that was needed to secure outstanding fees - will definitely be using CEA again
