Meizu 16th........great phone and build quality
Recently I purchased Meizu 16th, great phone and build quality, Shipping was very fast to Croatia 12 days. Great people and professional response over mail if you need something.
The only thing which was stresfull for me was tracking parcel. It was all ok from Shenzhen (11.01.19) to Hong Kong (16.01.19). After departure from Hong Kong on 18.01.19 that was last info on tracking site SF Express. After that No any tracking or progress or update where is parcel. And suddenly in the morning on 24.01.19 currier from DPD is colling me that he left the packet on my mail box ( crazy guy.....this is not the way how it should be delivered packed worth 550$).
All other except this tracking deficiency was on professional level, and for sure I will purchase in the future from CECT-SHOP

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
No help by the seller for shipment of the package by DHL. Package gets stuck at Customs and Neither DHL nor the seller makes an effort to ship it to me. But they deserve atleast one star because of prompt replying.

We have informed you before dispatch of your order to India what the local customs might need and told you to get in touch with them to inquire more detailed information if necessary. Additionally, the option to change your shipping address to Germany was also given to you. All information possible were submitted by us to the shipping company, otherwise the parcel would have not been sent out and arrived in New Delhi! As usual, once the parcel arrives country of destination, you as a recipient are responsible for import of goods and from our side there is nothing else we can do and help you with. To be fair, there is no 0 star rating so you always have to rate at least one star! Our customer service is in contact with you daily and if necessary even reply to you several times a day. Extremely poor service looks, in our opinion, a bit different!
Update: Dear Vraj, concerning to tracking status your parcel was delivered today. We hope that at the end you value our continuous efforts and support and we hope you enjoy your Huawei smartphone.

Bought and paid a device which could not be delivered. The offered replacement article was out of stock as well although I answered within less than 1 hour twice.
Money return took very long and had to send a reminder.
Christmas shopping therefore tolerance given but realize earlier it was organized trustworthier.

I made my order on an available device. Some days later I received an Email saying that the device is out of stock and will be available next week...so I waited and waited and still nothing happened. I checked every day and it never went out of stock, the device was available all the time. After the third week of waiting and zero progress I canceled the order. In general, all ordered devices are always shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Due to our location in the middle of the largest electronic district in the world here in Shenzhen, this is possible without our own extensive warehouse management. The stock status was not changed because a) checking daily availability and adjusting stock status for every single product is unfortunately impossible and b) we are certain that a bestseller like the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will be available again and therefore c) it is an advantage to be able to purchase bulk. Ottimo servizio, gentili e solerti prima dell'acquisto, ed ottimo il prodotto arrivato (Yota 3) che ho comprato qua perchè impossibile trovarlo in Europa. L'unica pecca una settimana di ritardo per l'arrivo penso a causa di qualche controllo una volta arrivato in Italia da imputarsi al vettore. Dall'ordine all'arrivo sono passati 24gg.
Great service, kind and diligent before purchase, and excellent product arrived (Yota 3) that I bought here because it is impossible to find in Europe. The only flaw a week late for the arrival I think because of some control once arrived in Italy to be attributed to the carrier. 24 days have passed from order to arrival.
