Great communication on ordering, giving us extra options if we wanted. Fair pricing, and the the delivery was exceptional. Driver was friendly and helped me unload into the garden rather than dumping it all on the drive. Loads of care taken, quality cladding, I'm very impressed, thank you!

Excellent product.

Overall a very good experience with Cedar Direct.
The products are good quality and were delivered on time. I had a small amount of unused material left over at the end and they were happy to give a refund.
There doesn’t seem to be anyone manning the telephones however email communication worked well.
I intend to use them again for another project in the near future.

Extremely impressed with this company quoted last week ordered Friday and they had it machined and delivered the following Wednesday. Can't fault the service or the quality of the product would recommend for anyone considering WRC . Thank you Karen for all your help.

A bit hard to get hold of but friendly and helpful when I did, turned the order around in less than 2 weeks unlike all the other firms I contacted who were quoting 7 to 8 weeks. Good quality product, no damage in transit or shortages so I can't say how good after sales service is but I would order from them again no question.

Terrible customer service - Don’t believe a word on their website. They gave me a quote, I changed my requirements and reduced it a little but added extras. I then got a response saying my order was too small for them to deliver to me. I needed 20sqm plus extra bits but they didn’t want my business. Waste of time!!

I ordered cladding for my garden office. Great value for money. Good communication and fast delivery. One piece of cladding was damaged but Karen was very quick to get a replacement piece sent ASAP. Can’t fault them and would defo use again.

I had to put one star as it wouldn’t let me type this if I didn’t but this company are not worthy of half a star.
Karen doesn’t know how to run a bath let alone a business..she promises the earth and you get left in the dark after they take your hard earned money. Every delivery I have had has been badly damaged and taken two months to replace and even then the goods were damaged. I could go on on and on but can’t be bothered. I won’t this company and women out of my head for good..useless..Do not use this company!,

What an absolute waste of peoples time, they cant even have the decency to call or email back.

Good pre-sales service, really on the ball with the delivery of good quality material and at a competitive price but really poor after sales care. Trying to get a copy invoice out of them after the sale has been like trying to get blood from a stone.
