Hello,

We see your email on monday 4 Juanuary, our tech is a normal worker, take some hollidays..
This instruction manual exist we have it on demand. Remember we sell in all the countrys in Europe, and we can't put 1 Kg of instruction manual in each ceiling fan.
Even on the web site, you have the instruction manual in attachment, and you can download it, It's not systematic, but in the modulo they are.
If you still need it, we can send it.
But, the question is .. did you install the fan finaly ? What do you think about it ? because maybie what you broth is a fan, and the opinions must consider your fan too, no ?
This opinon is like you put 1 star to Porshe because you don't understand how to start the car ... do you think it reflect the reality ?

Regards.

Very helpful

I had lots of questions and had to email back and forth, but nothing seemed like too much of a problem.
Was recommended the best fan for the job.
Very happy.

The Fan arrived on time and well…

The Fan arrived on time and well packaged. After a few messages I eventually received instructions in English about a week later.
Because of this I missed my 'slot' with my Electrician so although I've installed it, it is not yet connected to a power supply

Rude, Rude, Rude, useless customer service.

I bought 2 ceiling fans from this company which is based in Spain, spending about £700 over 2 weeks. The first arrived, and all was good, apart from the fact I couldn't understand the manual as it was in French. I emailed to ask for a copy of the manual in English, and was sent in pdf format. When I buy an item on a UK website I expect a UK manual, as was included in the box for the blades which came in a separate box but from the same company.
Over the course of the next few days I sent several emails enquiring about the fan as I couldn't read the manual and the pdf manual i had been sent didn't match up with my fan or remote control. Some of my emails were answered, others were not.
The second fan arrived a week later.
I had ordered extra black blades at additional cost, and when they arrived they were grey, not black. Also the mounting for the fan was badly scratched. I sent an email regarding both these issues with photographs clearly showing my concerns, and received the following response:
We have been selling these products on the internet for 5 years now, and frankly you are certainly one of the customers we have had the most communication with.
You have written 10 emails in the space of 15 days, and all of them have been answered.
To each of your precise questions, we brought a precise answer.
Here is the last question we will answer.
You will be able to check in any other site, a long time ago that your emails would have remained unanswered.
So the answer to your insinuation is yes it is black, and if you want to see blue or pink, we call it black.
We remain at your disposal for any intelligent question, if they are not, don't be surprised if you don't have any answer.
We will not get into the game of the dissatisfied customer, in order to obtain abnormal favors.
I hope you understand that we want to deal with serious cases here, and that the hours of our employees are paid to deal with real questions."

I understand this to mean they they don't believe me and are accusing me of trying to extort "abnormal favors" whatever they are.
Hardly the attitude or actions of a decent company.
No offer to replace the damaged component and no acknowledgement that they sent me grey instead of black blades.
I have emails to support my review should they be required to verify it.
Paypal case opened, so will await the outcome.
