I didnt want to leave this review, but I felt I had no other option. I received my personalised scarf and notice brown marks on both sides of the scarf. I've emailed the company on 2 occasions, private messaged on Instagram. And still no reply I would have contacted them directly if their was a number available. So maybe you might reply back to this review. And we can resolve this, and has stated in one of the emails the club I volunteer for was looking at purchasing more scarves.

The cards arrived damaged, the envelope was torn with part of it missing.

I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a printed t-shirt with my own photo on it but they got the print wrong. They quickly corrected the error, for free, so I absolutely delighted in the end. The baby vests round soon,

Ordered a personalised poster for my daughters birthday. When it arrived it was folded and crumpled. What made this worse was the quality of the paper and the printing was terrible. It literally looks like I've printed it on a home printer. I emailed twice and was ignored. Will have to take this up with PayPal for a refund. A waste of time that could have easily been avoided if they actually supplied what they were advertising.

I emailed for help with an order and got a prompt reply with the explanation I needed. Order was easy to place online, and was printed same day and I received the following day without needing to pay for special postage. Price was most reasonable I found and quality is great. Bought a Fortnite Mystery Box and couldn’t believe how many products were inside, really impressed and my son loved it. Came within a week of ordering it will definitely buy from here again!

Ordered a Fortnite mystery box for my son for his birthday and was sent incorrect sizes in all of the clothing items. Emailed at least 6 times to exchange the items or return for a refund to be ignored then told they'd send the correct items and haven't.

Ordered a personalised beach towel. Ordered on 10th of April, on 19th of April I enquired where towel was. Was informed their supplier couldn't supply them with a towel. Was offered the option to wait or get refund. Now Foxy printing and Shaun Jackson DCD printing are both ignoring my requests for refund. I would not recommend this company.
Shortly after writing this review, I was contacted, my refund was being processed.

Reading these reviews, I'm not really sure what is going on here. I ordered some face masks for next day delivery. They didn't arrive. Emailed and no response. Called and a lovely guy answered right away. He said he has posted them and it was a Royal Mail problem. He posted out a second set of masks. Both sets then arrived within 24 hours of each other. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful on the phone. So I don't know if he's just having really bad luck with Royal Mail at the moment. If you have a problem, use the phone rather than email to sort it out.

DO NOT order from this DIABOLICAL 'company' total scam !!! Paid for my order in novemeber and still nothing !!! Trading standards have been informed. PIGS

I ordered an international delivery from them that was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days.
Never got it. No response via email or website contact.

Masks came very roughly cut with eye punches still in situ. Elastic was supplied separately with sticky pads to attach to the back of the mask.

Very poor quality and was not expecting to have to assemble them.
Definitely would not purchase from them again.

Ordered a Fornite Mystery Box from here on the 20th January 2024. Haven't received anything no tracking number nor nothing. It says its been despatched but there's nothing coming up with any recent changes/updates on Fornite Mystery Box. I've emailed about this and I've had no emails back. I have emailed 3times and had no reply I've also tried to contact the company and it doesn't even ring it makes a funny noise and goes off. This was for my sons 12th birthday I'm gutted I really am as this was one of his main presents for his birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AT ALL. I want my money back as this just isn't good enough at all taking money from people and not receiving them. SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a hat a few weeks ago, said it had dispatched Royal Mail 24 - which would have had a tracking number. No number provided, item never arrived. Sellers emails contradict themselves and doesn't answer emails.
Paypal gave a quick refund. If you must buy from this seller, I recommend using Paypal.
