Placed order on June 20th, I have not received anything. Scam site. SHAME ON FB for allowing them to scam people.

Zero stars if I could 😡 No delivery ,tracking number not identified, unable to forward Email , no notifications so I guess I’ve been scammed.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I placed an order on the 1st June. I have sent an email every week after the delivery due date. I have had no response and still waiting for my order to arrive. Avoid this company.

Ordered on June 6th, it's now July 11th and I still haven't received my order. Last update on the tracking website (if it's even real) was on July 1st - no movement since. Whenever I write them to call out the issue, they send boiler plate response of (please allow 10 days for delivery). When I respond, they don't reply. This business is a total scam and not sure how they're still getting away with it. Going to initiate a chargeback.

0 stars if it would allow me to! Absolute rip off scam company! Ordered item for my cats birthday 2 weeks ago and had 1 reply through email and nothing since! Avoid unless you want to throw money away. Their communication skills are none existent and shouldn’t be allowed to trade through trading standards

I am not able to get a hold of anyone to discuss why my item was delivered to another state. I believe I have been scammed. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Ordered items several weeks ago. Not received anything from them since the day I put the order in.

I got the Speedy Tail, while it's a fun toy, it's also way too spastic for any cat. Even the slowest mode is still way to fast to be seen as a 'natural prey'. It should probably be around 30-40% slower.

The quality of the material is pretty shitty, but to be expected for such a cheap product.

Total scam, not delivered, no refund and no answer from their "professional helpline". Avoid

I ordered 2 items weeks ago, even got a confirmation on June 27th saying it had been recieved and that my order was 'on the way.'

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

(I actually left a comment saying, 'I think this is a scam and will post an apology here if I receive my order.')

Purchased a cat hair cleaning device. Was sent a Multi-Function Window Cleaner … which is cheap plastic and good for nothing. Avoid this company. It’s a scamming Chinese one.

They sent me a cat toy that looked nothing like the product page. Im not sure if its a total knockoff of a real product, or just fraudulent business practices, but the missing branding that was present on the product photo leads me to believe that its a fake product stolen from someone else. Looks really creepy. It seems to be the same product quality scam that ive seen before where they sell an inferior or fake product, advertise a better one, then offer a $5 refund on the $20 sale, and still make money off it. I simply asked why it looked different and they jumped straight to a $5 ‘compensation’ without asking any questions or answering the question i presented. Avoid this sketchy shop at all costs.
Update: i called them out on this sketchy business practice and they refunded $20with no argument. Dont settle for their first refund offer

I bought two ocean splash mats, one for my son's cats and one for mine. His lasted ten minutes before they pierced the main part with the water.
My cats pierced the rim part after about twenty minutes, then pierced the main part three days later, I got up to water on the floor.
I contacted celery pets twice by email with no response.
Do not buy these they are not suitable for cats and dogs.

Very poorly made cat toy which stopped working after 3 days. Obviously another scam Chinese company that is able to keep trading through Facebook. Stay well away!

Why are this "company" still on Facebook I placed an order from an advert and never received anything, just like the other reviewers.

Got a cool toy for my cat. The automatic ball with a tail. Has worked for 2 days and suddenly stopped.
Wrote service an E-Mail a week ago, then reminder.

Absolutely zero response nor an ounce of responsibility towards the client, simply a SCAM company, that´s all.

I ordered a cat brush on 5/13/25 and as of today, I have not received it. The tracking on 6/26 showed no delivery yet but then on 6/30, it shows delivered on 6/12 which is impossible. I have sent several emails and only get auto generated responses. AVOID THIS SITE! Thankfully the brush was not expensive and I am likely only out $17 but it sure is disappointing.

I ordered 2 'mice', regular updates, then today I get a message to say that they have been 'Returned to Sender' I specifically requested that they be delivered to the local Post Office so no way could they not get access. I am lived that I have been scammed, forgot to check Trustpilot before clicking the purchase button, £16 for bugger all!

purchase made on June 4Th ,money out of account the same day. Merchandise is yet to arrive and today is already June 30th. sent several emails. Keep getting link to track order. Link says no order to track yet.
