Awful experience still ongoing

The item was faulty, cat walked across it and popped straight away and leaked. Was told it was faulty. Have sent several emails some I get answers other none. Was told I would get compensation but wanted a full refund as product no good. Still waiting for something back. No product and out of pocket. Customer service awful answer one email and then dont bother with any more.

My pet comb broke after the first use

My pet comb broke after the first use! I contacted Customer Service about a refund, but no response. I contacted them again and this time they said for me to take a picture and send it and they would let me know the next steps. I did that, and again, no response. I tried contacting them AGAIN - no response. So, I just lost money. This will teach me to look at the reviews before I buy. Highly disappointed!

I ordered a cat brush for $17.94 on May 12, 2025. Today is June 25. I still have not received my order. I will NEVER order from this company again. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it.

Item never arrived. Tracking still has delivery date, that item is arriving on the date of each day that I check. Looks like I have lost my money.

Interactive Cat Toy Ball wasn't as advertised. The toy did not have the functions as it was supposed to and wasn't interactive and brok within 2 used. Contacted them and they offered a 1/3 refund on the toy and now non responsive.

Terrible. How is this even a business?

I placed my order and waited for over a month patiently for it to be shipped. After a month i grew tired of waiting and requested that my order be cancelled. I haven’t been given a reason for the delay. I have only received a verification of my cancellation. It is very odd to me.

I ordered a cat toy on May 23rd from an ad on Facebook. As of June 12th, I have not received it. It was also billed on my credit card on May 23rd. Sent 2 or 3 emails to the company. Got canned responses apologizing but no indication that item was shipped or when to expect it. So I filed a complaint with my bank, asking for my money back. The bank is investigating. I had no idea this company is in China. There is no customer service number in the United States. I subsequently read many reviews on the internet stating that customers either never received the item they ordered or the item broke upon first use. Caveat Emptor!

Celery Pets COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE

I ordered the item May 14. The item was due to arrive June 10 2025. That day USPS tracking informed me the item was intercepted. The mailman showed up later that day and showed me the package had been intercepted due to COUNTERFEIT postage! He informed me in order to keep the item, I would have to pay the 8.50$ postage or refuse the item. I paid shipping and handling when I ordered the item, I’m not paying itt again!! I refused the item! Now they aren’t responding to my emails and their phone is no longer in service! Thank goodness I paid through PayPal!

Buyer Beware

Ordered product on mid May and on 6/2 after reaching out twice via email for an update. Poor customer service and why not just let me know the status. Ended up cancelling the transaction on my card. Once that happened I received an order cancellation. Still no reason but I am thinking they never sent it out. In fact many of the reviews state the same thing. Buyer beware. Such a cool cat product.

Absolute crap even if you do receive a product

It would seem I'm one of the few people fortunate to actually receive a product.
Unfortunately the cat toy I ordered is pretty much useless as soon as it touches a hard surface the inner ball detaches from the rest of the toy and then it stops working.
Customer services asked for pictures/video which I sent and there has been no response after several emails.
Avoid like the plague

I ordered 2 cat toys from Celery Pets…

I ordered 2 cat toys from Celery Pets on May 13,2025, and to date June 3, 2025, I still have not received my order. It is showing it’s been at JFK Airport, and no movement! I have sent email, no answer to my question as to why I have NOT received my order. So far, no response.
Also, on their ads on Facebook & Instagram, it doesn’t mention it’s being sent from China! They should be required to reveal where their products are shipping from.

I am going to cancel my order & have my Credit Card Company recover my charge (reimbursement) for purchase.
Buyer Beware! So annoying that these companies can advertise on Facebook & Instagram.

Scammers. Avoid

I’ll be honest, I’ve not bought this product. I was about to but checked on Trustpilot first, thankfully. I added a comment to check reviews before buying and within 20 seconds I was barred from being able to comment. I suspect my reviews comment will be removed too! You can’t trust many online stores these days. Most are too good to be true..thankfully Trustpilot is here to save those of us who take the time to look and not get scammed!

Update: I have been barred from their Facebook, just as I thought. Do not buy from them.
