April 9 I requested a return April 11, they responded to me to try to get me to swap out my order. I kindly declined and requested a return label the same day April 13, I sent another message today is 15 April and I still haven’t gotten a response back for a return shipping label. Customer Service is not up to par.
Edit: they responded back to tell me that the return is subject to a $12.95 return fee. At 2:30 April 16, and still have not sent a return label. Honestly they could easily send the label and note the fee in the same email.

Absolutely appalling experience. Avoid.
I placed an order which was marked as “delivered” but nothing was ever delivered to me. No parcel, no notification, no proof of delivery from Royal Mail.
Despite this, the company has refused to refund me and continues to hide behind the excuse that the parcel is “in transit” or being redirected. That is not my problem. I have paid for goods that I do not have.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of properly investigating with Royal Mail or resolving the issue, they have pushed the responsibility back onto me and expect me to just wait indefinitely.
This is not how a reputable business operates. Under UK consumer law, the retailer is responsible for the goods until they are in the customer’s possession- something they seem either unaware of or are choosing to ignore.
I am now having to escalate this further to recover my money.
Terrible service, poor communication, and zero ownership of the problem.
In response to your reply, that is absolutely not true. The proof of delivery was a picture of a mailing room which I confirmed to you on email. The package was not delivered to my address. You asked me to confirm my address and I did. You then sent a google image of my address and I confirmed that it was my front gate. Royal Mail have not delivered my package and as I’ve stated many times it is your responsibility to get the package to me.

LOVE the AMAZING customer service! Very prompt, helpful, and friendly. I purchased to wrong size and customer service VERY quickly fixed this for me. The bras themselves are super comfortable and very soft. Absolutely love the fit and the quality. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I will be purchasing more. I found my new favorite bras!

What a fantastic shopping experience with an amazing customer service! I ordered two bras the wrong size and I contacted the customer service who couldn't have been any more helpful if they tried. A quick response from them and they re-ordered the correct sizes needed at no extra cost for postage etc. A truly brilliant company. Thank you.

Julie from customer service went above and beyond after I ordered the wrong size. It was my second order and the error was might fault with the sizing.

When the first two bras were ordered and didn't fit quite right the customer service team were quick to identify what better options would be for my body type and sent them to me immediately. They are a beautiful fit and I am so pleased.
What made the experience even better was the option to donate the new, unused and perfectly gorgeous bras to a local women's shelter. It can't possibly get better than that!

Was a little concerned with the quality when the bra arrived a bit crumpled in the pads but it fits amazingly and gets better with each wash. I’ll be buying more for sure 👍

I ordered a large push up bra in skin colour.
It was so comfortable and gave me a lovely shape but after wearing it for a few hours I realised sadly that the back was quite loose on the tightest setting…I’m a 34E.
I contacted Celeste d’or curve by email and they replied promptly and sent me out a size medium (once they had my usual size) free of charge and even in another colour which I wanted to try. They said to keep the original size to gift to a friend or keep.
Julie was so helpful and super prompt in dealing with everything for me.
Amazing bras and amazing service!

I love the fabric and comfort feel of the bras. The customer service is top notch. I just can not get the proper fit. Medium size provides the correct band size but the cup size is too small. Large size provides the proper cup size but the band is too large. I did try 3 different bra styles. I gave away the 3 medium bras and kept the large one however as I have it on the tightest band adjustment, it will eventually stretch to where it will be too loose and I will no longer be able to wear it.

Wanted to love the bras. They are very soft, but I ordered based off the size guide. Straps are too long, band is too large but cups are too small. I spill out of the bra and can not manage to get them to work for me personally. Of course hadn’t worn all before the time to return.
