Wanted to love the bras but don’t
Wanted to love the bras. They are very soft, but I ordered based off the size guide. Straps are too long, band is too large but cups are too small. I spill out of the bra and can not manage to get them to work for me personally. Of course hadn’t worn all before the time to return.

Lovely fitting Bras
Lovely fitting Bras. I have re ordered and now have 4 Bras including a strapless bra. For many years I’ve been buying bras to fit following a mastectomy. These have not only looked pretty but fit so well and I feel so comfortable wearing them all day. They take a while to arrive but when you open the luxurious packaging they are obviously a much better quality than cheaper versions you see advertised on Facebook (social media) believe me I’ve tried. There is no slippage and you feel like you have a second silky feel skin. I hand wash and they remain their shape and fit every time. Thank you for the best bras I’ve ever purchased.

Great customer service
I bought two bras, but the size was too big. I contacted customer service and they sent me new bras in a smaller size, and I could keep the larger ones. I admit, I was surprised I didn't have to return them. I gave them to a friend to try on, and she found them amazing. The smaller size turned out to be perfect for me. The bras provide excellent support for large bust and are incredibly comfortable, like a second skin. They also fit perfectly on the back. I love them and will definitely order more.

Return labels are issued according to our returns process, and in some cases may require internal follow-up before they can be released. The delay has not been due to a lack of response from our team.

Misleading cancellation policy - Avoid
I had a nightmare experience with Celeste Dor. I ordered a bra by mistake and used their cancellation service within 14 minutes—well inside their advertised 30-minute window. Despite this, I received an email 24 hours later stating the item was being dispatched anyway.
Customer service persuaded me to accept the delivery, promising they would "rectify" the situation once it arrived. This was a trap. As soon as I had the bra, they changed their tune, claiming that because I had taken delivery, I was only eligible for a refund.
Speaking to their staff was eye-opening. A representative named Julie admitted that orders never actually get cancelled, and another named Sophie agreed that their website is highly misleading. I have an email from Sophie confirmed the misleading wording will be looked into internally.
They push "free exchanges" because they already have your money; the bras are so cheaply made that it costs them next to nothing to send a replacement just to avoid giving you your money back. In the end, after a lot of stress, I only received a partial refund. Looking at other genuine reviews, it seems this "bait and switch" is their standard business model. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Our cancellation window is not a guaranteed cancellation period. As stated in our policy, orders begin processing almost immediately through our automated fulfillment system. Once an order has entered processing — which can occur within minutes — it can no longer be stopped. This is clearly outlined at checkout.
While your request was submitted within 30 minutes, our system had already begun processing the order. We responded within 24 hours, but by that time the dispatch sequence had already been initiated.
We would also like to clarify that accepting delivery does not remove your right to a refund. Standard return options remain available in line with our published returns policy.
We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order online. However, customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and confirming their purchase before completing checkout. Once submitted, orders move quickly through our system to ensure fast dispatch.
We categorically reject any suggestion of misleading practices. Our policies are published clearly, and resolutions are offered in accordance with those terms.

I don't think I'll go back to a regular bra anymore, the fit is perfect, so comfortable around the shoulder area, no nasty marks or scars. ☺️

The bra is very soft and maybe it works well for with women with smaller boobs, but in my case I’m a 38DDD and they did not provide much support. My boob would come out from the top. I really wanted to love this bra.

Excellent customer service! I order L bras and they were quite snug. Typically, I am a size 38C. I requested an exchange and the customer service rep, Hannah, was very thorough and helpful with reviewing and resolving my request. I sized up to XL in my preferred Deep V style, in addition she made a recommendation that I’m looking forward to trying as well given how comfortable these bras are. I love the material, style, and comfort. Repeat customer, for sure - based on my experience with their staff alone!

Great bra - glad I took the plunge to try it!
I was so excited to try this bra out, and for the most part, I’m loving it. Once I’d received it, I was going to order a couple more in other colors and styles, but I almost wish I could order one size smaller but they’re not made in xs. I also wish the strap was a little wider where it crossed my shoulders because that’s where I get so much tension from and this design starts tapering right there. But all in all I love it!

Comfort without the compromise
I ordered two bras, one I was unfortunately spilling over the top but after contacting a very quick and extremely helpful customer service, I have a new one being sent my way completely free..! With expert advice we have gone for another style.
The second one I wore on a city break and can say it has literally changed my life - wired bras were crippling me. I have never found a non wired bra that gives you lift.
You can’t even feel that you are wearing a bra.
Overall comfortable and looks great. Now my go to bra company
