While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

We chose this company to store all of our children's cord blood. We subsequently spoke to our pediatrician, and a pediatric hematologist/oncologist who informed us these type of cell collections were rarely ever in usable condition and did not feel they were worthwhile, so I called to cancel our HUGE storage fees and policy. I spoke to a person who said they could not cancel, I would have to speak to finance. I spoke to finance who said they would cancel but in order to do so I have to answer a phone call, make sure not to miss it, and send back an email within 3 days. I never received a phone call or an email.
Then I received a bill for my next storage fees, despite calling to cancel. Then my next storage fee at my next child's birthday. So I called again to ask why I could not cancel. I again was out through to "finance", this smooth talking person trying to literally bargain to get me to "pay my unpaid fees" when I had cancelled months before. I agreed to pay all by the fees that were to be collected that month, as I was not paying for a year of storage I was not using. "Finance" agreed this was sufficient. I paid. I got a receipt. Again I was told that I needed to answer the phone and watch my email for forms though, as cancellation still was not complete. No forms came. I called and got voicemail. I told them if I did not get the forms within 24 hours I was doing a chargeback. Forms miraculously came within 24 hours. I cancelled. A week later $600 more charges were charged to my credit card, no receipt, no credit card on my file. Stolen from my account. I am now doing a chargeback on all of these. This is a scam. Do not use this company. Use any other. Not cells for life. I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.
