Worked okay in South Africa.. purchased another 10gb for Mauritius.. unable to use. Not all msgs come through on time which creates issues with matters that require urgent attention. Really substandard service and we generally give companies the benefit of the doubt before providing negative feedback, but this was a firm “ will not use this service again.

Never had any issues, from beginning to end! Not once have a lost connection or lagged. HANDS DOWN THEEEEE best Esim I've used. I toured all over Japan no problem, and I was able to plug it into MULTIPLE devices of mine, NO LAG. I'm geeking more than enough

worked fine. the only thing that is not included in the steps is to turn off plane mode. took us a while to figure it out as we learned never to remove plane mode in other countries.

Bought data to use while in Tokyo from the UK although phone shows connected i’m not able to use 5G at all - no maps, search engines etc. Having to use my husbands phone as a hotspot who has the same eSim package - so he can access and I can’t with different esim accounts
