Watch out!! The price to pay displayed might NOT be the price you will actually pay!!!
I used a 50% coupon to buy a plan, which the app accepted. It displayed the final price divided by half, but once you I was ready to pay, the actual price displayed was NOT with the coupon, meaning they charged me TWICE the expected price!!

No luck this time. £13 wasted.
I could hardly get any reception in Monrovia even though MTN is the main operator there. I had to overwhelmingly rely on the WiFi at the hotel. Very disappointed compared with my previous positive experiences.

I had a great experience with Ubigi
I had a great experience with Ubigi. The service worked very well during my trip, and when I accidentally purchased the wrong plan, I contacted customer support. They resolved my issue quickly and the whole process was simple and hassle-free.
My only suggestion is to keep improving the app interface. I found it a bit confusing, and I had to spend extra time and even use AI to better understand how some of the plans work. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ubigi.

Best performance in France I have…
Best performance in France I have experienced in the last 5 years. Great connection right after landing and never lost it so far. Completely satisfied with the battery usage as well. (I think it drains battery faster whenever the reception is fluctuated.)

Easy to install
Easy to install. Some of other eSIM require to read the QR code to install and many steps, however UBIGI one is just instant, plus connection is usually good. I tried in USA (many cities), South America and Japan.
