Celsius is the best financial app there is. It’s user friendly, simple and its customer service is getting better by the day. Great service on loans, I’ve got to borrow money at only 1% interest rate and the best investment rates for the crytpos you are holding there.

I have been using Celsius since they started, services are great and any downtime is communicated well in advance.
Safety with funds is key and the loan process is fairly simple and straightforward.

Took advantage of one of the Celsius Network promo codes. Waited 90 days for it to take effect. On the 90th day received a notification saying the funds had been credited to my account. Opened the app and didn't see the transaction until I scrolled down to when the transaction was initiated - 90 days ago. There it was. Very cool!

The original and the best! Use Celsius Network to help you gain more coins through their weekly rewards. A safe platform that has paid me out weekly since April 2019 without missing a beat. Love it.

Sadly, my review is not dissimilar from what is below. They talk about “unbanking” yourself but it is the exact same problems as a bank. Hard to get through to anyone besides the main agents who are basically there to relay messages to the loan department. Sadly, you can never speak to the loan department yourself. You are lucky if this elusive loan department gets back to you but typically you have to follow up with them, where another message is taken and the mad cycle repeats. If they do get back to you then they will most likely not answer your question or provide the help you need. It almost feels like they are stalling. It took 1 month, 10 calls and 12 emails to get my loan approved for $1k. Once approved, they sold my Bitcoin as per their terms but the $1k still hasn’t hit my account. They blame my bank. Meanwhile, they loaned my BTC off and are making hefty interest on it. These guys are not reputable no matter what they say or how wonderful Alex sounds!! Stay away

Of all the Crypto lending and staking platform I must say that this one is the most user friendly. My favorite feature is the Crypto loans which are super easily accessible. My next move is to stake my Matic on there to earn passive income.

Customer support is nonexistent. I lot these 5-star reviews seem suspect.

Does Celsius legally own your funds sent there! As the owner of a small account at Celsius.Network we recently were informed and read that information. Is it accurate?

A reason we are concerned about that is both the CFO and CRO of Celsius Network have been charged with incredible crimes by Police in Israel, such as money laundering, fraud and even sex charges!

In addition, Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky is alleged as having strong ties to both top-level executives before being hired by Celsius Network!

Does anyone know how in the world were they vetted to be powerful Celsius Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer jobs?

The interest rates may be good for some, but the user experience is horrible. Whoever design this user platform should be fired....the promo code system is very confusing and not professional.

Horrible company. Never ever do business with them. The company is a scam.

Don't let the first impression fool you. App is great and their promo codes seems super generous.

Once you register, add the promos and start transferring money you'll find that you need to do things in a very specific way or you'll mess up the promos. Basically, as a newcomer, you need to be a platform expert. Two things that does not add up. That generosity that they appeared to have? Feels more like desperate greed.

On top of that the support is very slow. In a world where companies can screw over their customers extremely easy, where your only insurance is credibility, Celsius does not delivery.

I'll be using this platform as a way to spread my risk. I'll use it in a limited manner while trying to stay away from it.

Tip to Celsius! Lose the promos and focus on your support. Having badly implemented promos is a lot more hurting then not having them at all.

I first went to Celsius because they had decent interest rates offered on your crypto.... but suddenly they got greedy and reduced the rate to just .25% on anything over .25 Bitcoin...
Avoid them.... better rates are available from companies that will communicate with you.

4 months ago I bought 20k worth of Matic tokens (Polygon network) from an exchange and they were sent to my Celsius wallet. Unfortunately they are missing because Celsius only accept ERC20 versions of the token.

Early on customer service were okay. They apologised for the delay and said they are working to recover the tokens. How long does it take???

This week I asked again for an update and received no response. I have withdrawn all my funds from Celsius in protest. I’m worried I won’t get my 20k worth of Matic tokens as they don’t see me as a priority. Their silence is deafening. Does anyone know of an independent body that I can engage to investigate this matter? I know the tokens can be recovered, but 4 months is ridiculous and their unwillingness to engage is very worrying. It is a form of theft.

be aware of these scammers. they get your money and dont let you withdraw it. for every withdrawal you should go through backgroubd checks!!! they dont release your fund and ask you to upload a video a picture with your id paper. another id verification background. hell of a nightmare. you put your money there then you should beg to get it back. be careful guys. i think they are running some scam.

Very bad customer service, doesn't respond at all, forget of receiving any response from them (e.g. if you are a new user and something is not clear to you). They give you codes to attract you telling we give you USD 50 and you only have to buy or transfer 400 USD worth crypto and keep it for 30 days, then when you actually wanna do it, the minimum transaction is EUR 850, or you pay a high transaction fee, not practical and not user-friendly.

Uncomparable good service!
After Celsius Network admitted a mistake in the Promo code, they compensated me fully with a two thousand profit for me!
A company that admits mistakes and compensates without a court law. Where do you find such good service in our days?

awful customer service, sent an inquiry about missing matic on november 1st and still have nothing to show for it. been trading crypto for a while now, so i know its not an error on my end. You know something shady is going on because when you apply for a loan they reply to you within seconds/minutes, but for a response about an error on their end for missing coins it takes weeks/months. It's sad to see that a man like AleX maschinsky lets this mediocrity slide in his company.

The best platform ever, yes that’s true it takes longer to take crypto from your wallet, but is for our own safety as we all know crypto is still unregulated. Very helpful stuff , highly recommended

Scam. Especially their loans product. They omitted two very important details that misled me, costing me hundreds of dollars in interest. Do not trust what information they provide in a simple format, you will need to read the terms and conditions in full.
