Celtic Cross offer a fantastic line of jewelry. I am so pleased with the beautiful cross that I received. Customer service is excellent, especially given the difficulties that have been created by the imposition of tariffs in the United States. Aiden was incredibly helpful and responsive in an absolute pleasure. assisting in my purchase and the delivery of the necklace. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in working with Celtic Cross in the future, and I certainly intend to order additional items!

My husband ordered the Cross of Durrow for me from Aidan Geraghty of "Gifts of Ireland". Immediately, Aidan responded on "What's App", introducing himself. From the day we ordered until the day the exquisite cross arrived, Aidan kept in touch in us, advising of status and process. The 14K cross is weighty and exquisite. We both adore the biblical and Celtic imagery, the workmanship and the relevance in our lives. Aidan is the best!!! Thank you SO very much for this most positive experience!

I ordered two silver items on 5 Feb, with 4-day delivery. Received them 7 days later. One "silver" item had yellow spots. The other one had some kind of wool impressed under a stone.

I emailed them. I sent a contact form via their website. A week has passed, no response at all.

I'll be starting a chargeback and will probably win it, but nobody can return the wasted time and the spoiled gift :(

Aidan is reliable and very trustworthy!!! I placed an order and we agreed that I’d come pick it up on a specific day. I forgot to contact him the night before so on the day of, via WhatsApp, he mentioned he’s not at the office but will ask a colleague to meet me to hand over my order.
Moments later he had a better idea and asked where my hotel is and thst he will get his colleague to come meet me at the lobby and hand the order for me. And he did just that!!! Within an hr or so he had an intern come meet me at the lobby and I received my rings.
Aidan didn’t have to but for him to go above and beyond for me like that was truly appreciated.
Definitely will be doing business with this company again.

I live in Nevada and ordered a cross from Celtic Cross Online that was to be delivered prior to Christmas. Due to a glitch in communication, online tracking showed the cross would be delivered late. I reached out to Aidan and he responded and generously offered to cover the cost of expediting the shipment. The Cross arrived prior to Christmas, as promised by Aidan, and is a lovely piece of fine Irish craftsmanship. Here's to Aiden, a living example of Irish folklore!!!

Absolutely beautiful and high quality gold piece! Good communication and arranged shipping upgrade to FedEx, item arrived the next day! I will order again and always select FedEx at checkout, its worth the extra money.

We had a major shipping snafu but Aidan was able to save the day and ship out a new order for my daughter’s birthday. The jewelry itself is beautiful!! My 10 year old loves the pieces!

Ordered a gold cross in early November and still have not received it. Have corresponded with the company during the past week via the contact portal on the website and via email. No response. Very disappointing. Customer service is not a priority or even a part of the business model here. Update 1-8-24: Credit Card issuer sent final resolution to my contested charge--"We've completed our initial investigation of your disputed transaction and have found in your favor." Full refund. No product ever received and no correspondence from Celtic Cross Online.

I recently purchased a Claddagh ring and I couldn't be happier. The ring is beautiful and I am fully satisfied with my purchase. Celtic cross also impressed me by their top-notch customer service. I'll definitely be back to explore more from them. Highly recommend for quality and excellent service!

Top service from the time of ordering with them being available to answer my questions. Takes a little wait for the gold items to be made to order but worth the wait and Aiden was very clear and kept me updated.

Absolutely fantastic quality cross and Aidan goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. My order got lost in transit and when I let Aidan know he immediately sent a replacement in priority mail. It is a beautiful piece, really nice details, and just the right scale.
