After that I am not able to connect with customer care and my old records are gone from that card on cred.

I designed my ring at Cred jewellery with the help of Elinor. She was incredible from the start being patient to explain what is possible and really taking the time to understand what I wanted even though I had no idea how to get there! Another thing that I loved was that Cred never felt pushy to up price points they were happy to work to the budget I gave and gave realistic explanation about things that would cost more and solutions to keep within budget. Overall I was incredible impressed with the service and would fully recommend Cred especially if you want to design your own ring in an ethical way. Thanks again:)

We love CRED, when we were looking to buy my eternity ring we wanted to find a ring that was ethically sourced and CRED ticked all of our boxes. When choosing an engagement ring we looked around several jewellers both in person and online and for us CRED came out top. It was CRED's ethos that attracted us in the first place and the personal and professional service that gave us confidence CRED was right for us. Millie and Elinor were very helpful and patient, advising and guiding us through the engagement ring design process. The ring was perfect; we were really pleased with the quality and it was nice knowing whereabouts the stones and metal came from and that they were ethically sourced. We didn't think twice about going back to CRED for our wedding rings.

We had such a lovely experience with CRED Jewellery! Choosing a ring for a special occasion can be a bit challenging: with so much choice out there, one needs guidance and expert advice. We were very fortunate to find that at CRED: Elinor was incredibly helpful, explained to us about diffirent stones and metals. Had an excellent experience with Cred in getting my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands.
I knew nothing about engagement rings when I visited and Elinor was so helpful throughout the whole process. It was great to discuss different stones, metals and their sources. Really happy with such an amazing engagement ring, my wife says everyone comments on beautiful it is. Getting an ethical ring was a top priority for me so talking through supply chains and sources was really useful.
Elinor also talked this through the different wedding bands and was happy to accommodate all our questions and requests. This included helping us get some other jewellery as presents for the wedding party.
I would definitely recommend Cred to anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding band, especially if ethical sourcing is important (which it should be!).

I was looking for an ethically-sourced sapphire and Elinor at Cred brought in multiple options and were very patient and knowledgable as I deliberated over which one to pick. They were all beautiful. I designed my finacée's engagement ring with Cred and their attention to detail was outstanding. Elinor is a lovely and brilliant jewellery designer. The reason I chose Cred is because owner Alan is passionate about Fairtrade and ethical sourcing. He visits the mining communities himself and is a straight-talking guy. He's also ahead of the curve with lab grown diamonds! Cred are now the first place we go to for any jewellery, from a silver bracelet for a birthday/Christmas gift to bespoke jewellery for special occasions. P.S. She said yes so our wedding rings are next!

Cred are always professional, friendly and passionate about their unique jewellery and it's ethical background. This independent business run by Alan and his staff certainly deserves five stars. I love the ring they redesigned and made for me in their workshop. I constantly wear other items I have purchased over the years from Cred. With Cred the customer always comes first and after sales service is fast and efficient.
