Quick delivery of my fitting, decently packed in a large box, but it was a large part, so appropriately packaged, using paper and cardboard.

Looking on-line for items to prevent moss getting into rainwater downpipes, I found Celtic Water Ltd and their leaf catcher that could be fitted at a height that was within reach. We have a water butt and had fitted a diverter in the downpipe. Unfortunately, a blockage had formed just above this diverter and caused us problems. The rainwater found its way into the condensate pipe from our boiler, which was incorrectly fitted to the downpipe.
We fitted a connection for the condensate pipe to the downpipe correctly (with an air gap) and fitted the leaf catcher just above the water butt diverter (with the help of a plumber we know well).
The leaf catcher has already caught some moss from the roof guttering, before it could get into the water butt. It should stop a re-occurrence of the blockage to the rainwater downpipe. Very useful. It arrived fairly promptly, before we were ready to have it fitted.

My water butt arrived quickly and looks great. I fitted it today. I had to use the long hose extension kit and the instructions are good but could be clearer. On the diagram it references the drilling height on the tank and then shows the water fill level above this and then the relationship of the down pipe filter to it, and the measurements required to make the cuts. This was quite tricky to line up. Fingers crossed 🤣.

I bought one of these leaf catchers from Celtic Water before Christmas to see how well it worked collecting moss, which is a big problem for us. Well, it worked extremely well, delivery was prompt too, so on the back of all that I've bought two more. Delivery was within 2 days too.
I have no hesitation in recommending Celtic Water and these particular items.

The float switch trips the RCD every time it operates, the previous identical one did not. Unable to return it as I have shortened the cable. Service from Celtic Water was good however on this occasion the product is useless.

Bought an inline downpipe leaf catcher, which is a Godsend, actually. One of my down pipes is incredibly difficult to access so i cant put a catcher at the top. This is just perfect. Quick delivery but the packaging could have been better. Just a plastic bag so if anyone had trodden on it, i dont think it would have stood up to it. But, overall, very happy.

I telephoned for advice on connections for a steel pump I bought from you last year.
Following the advice I purchased the very expensive part I was directed to.
Item arrived in a timely fashion and, while it connected to the pump, it was not suitable to then link to hosepipe. I visited many hardware stores/plumbers merchants before I found a suitable part on line for a fraction of the cost. The item I bought from you is now redundant.
