As first time buyer, a lot of things were new, the initial call was very explanatory and it made sense to accept the offer I was presented with.
I did make several follow up calls and sent emails, and was given responses when I did.
I don't think I could have received a better service had I done it any different.

As a first-time buyer, I originally wasn’t planning on using a mortgage advisor at all—I thought I’d just try to figure everything out myself. But after being introduced to Chris, it very quickly became clear that he really knew his stuff, and I could see the value straight away. Deciding to go ahead was one of the best choices I made during the whole process.

Chris and Jodie were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As someone who had no real understanding of the terminology or what was actually important, it made such a difference having people there who could explain everything clearly and patiently. They never once made me feel silly for asking questions (and I asked a lot!), which gave me so much confidence throughout.

They truly went above and beyond at every stage, and I always received a response within 24 hours, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough—worth every penny and just an amazing level of service. If you’re on the fence about using a mortgage advisor, I’d say go for it, especially if you can work with people like Chris and Jodie!

Jonathan worked really hard under high work loads to ensure my
Mortgage offer was issued quickly. He went above and beyond to ensure that the lender met the deadline.

All round excellent experience. We were purchasing our property during the interest rate hikes this month, and Jack Stanton our mortgage advisor was extremely smooth and professional in securing our mortgage as soon as we could as he did not want us to be paying a higher rate.

He explained each step well and left us well informed to make decisions about the mortgage.

All the paperwork from there has been correct and we have been kept well in the loop by Jodie Hooper through email.

Censeo have provided me with an excellent service in relation to the financial aspects of my recent property purchase. Jack Stanton in particular was a pleasure to liaise with on my mortgage application and Mercedes Ryan was equally good at handling the subsequent successful mortgage offer process. My only difficulty occurred towards the start as there was some confusion about a Censeo pro-forma gift letter that I needed to use which wasn’t explained to me by the administrative staff. Otherwise it was a thoroughly professional, helpful and efficient service.
