Used this firm for too long now
Used this firm for too long now. They tell you when then can have a vehicle ready for you, and then the date just gets pushed back further and further each time. They simply do not deliver at all. There must be better lease companies out there.
Not ethical at all
Went through the process of leasing a car, all seemed to be going well. Paid the £349 fee and then all of a sudden the delays of the vehicle reaching the retailer kicked in. Cancelled the deal as it was email after email informing me delivery had been moved to the right even more. I am now £349 out of pocket as I am outside the cancellation window. Avoid at all costs. All seems well, but once they have your money and the contract is signed the vehicle arrival is delayed and delayed.

So far not impressed,I’ve not even received my vehicle as yet as the can is being constantly kicked down the alley with the delivery date that was promised in mid March then put back to 31st March and as of today 1st of April still no further forward with more excuses about the Easter weekend causing further delays
5* experience
I was nervous going through an online leasing company but didn't need to be!
I had my initial phone call when looking at offers online with Thomas Fielding and never felt pressured to go ahead with it. He knew I was looking at other cars and sites and offered to call back the week after to catch up.
He talked me through their site and company and answered any questions I had. I went through with the offer and was kept informed by Tom the whole time.
All my checks went through and were accepted quickly and I was able to book delivery for a couple weeks after.
My car was delivered last week in perfect condition by a really nice gentleman who talked me through all the different parts of my car.
I really appreciated how kind and professional Tom was throughout this process.
Thanks Tom!

We provided correct company and banking details at the outset. Those details were not recorded correctly in the final agreement.
The result? Payment issues, misdirected correspondence, and a situation that could and should have been avoided.
If you use this broker, triple-check every single detail yourself. Do not assume information you provide will be entered correctly.
Extremely frustrating experience. Have reported them to FOS.

New car delivered had been smoked in by…
New car delivered had been smoked in by delivery driver who denied smoking in the vehicle on his drive down from Derby - felt intimidated by surly driver and signed for car as no mechanical issues just smelt of smoke but notified Central Contracts immediately there was a problem. After a week of trying to return the car as found ash on door sills, window sills, dashboard carpet, front seats - we were offered a deodorising smoke bomb and a valet for our new car. Then told this was not Central Contracts problem our relationship was with Kia Finance not them and then Kia Finance did nothing either as we had signed for car and we weren't covered by consumer credit act as we were a business. The most miserable experience of leasing a new car - avoid this company like the plague. They were only interested in their commission. Terrible experience spent hours and hours on the phone and email - like dealing with a brick wall.
August 2025 Lease of VX Corsa
August 2025. 3 year lease Vauxhall Corsa petrol. Very helpful, very precise. Surprised at the spec. of the car for the price (full service contract). I was concerned at the financier being Creation Finance (which I've had horrendous problems with) but not on a lease car. Vehicle delivery as promised. Not brilliantly checked on washers , tyre pressures etc. but no problem at all to me. New vehicles are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Loads of Vauxhall main Dealers around, I took this into consideration. You know what? if Central could liase with dealerships if problems occur, and perhaps get the dealer to co-operate, - it would up the game tremendously. So 5 Stars so far. But I do return to Trustpilot quite often.

A delightful smooth process to lease a car. Great communication and step by step instruction. My 2nd vehicle through Central contracts. Thankyou Katy
Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe Vehicle, No Support, and Unprofessional Service
I am writing this review after an appalling experience with Leasecar UK / Central Contracts. I received a brand-new VW Tiguan that arrived with a major coolant leak, drive train error, and visible smoke coming from the bonnet. The vehicle was, and still is, completely undriveable from day one.
Despite raising the issue immediately after delivery, the company has shown zero concern for my safety or any urgency in resolving the matter. They were extremely efficient when it came to taking the processing fee—but since then, I have received no meaningful support.
Attempts to contact the team have been met with dismissive suggestions such as “leave the car on your driveway” and hire a temporary vehicle or borrow one from family—all while I am still being charged for a car that is clearly not fit for purpose. This response is unacceptable and highlights their complete disregard for customer welfare and legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act.
My account manager, has not contacted me once since delivery. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism is astounding.
I have now begun formal complaints procedures with relevant external bodies. The financial loss, stress, and inconvenience this has caused is beyond what any customer should have to endure.
If you’re considering leasing from this company, think twice. I wouldn’t trust a business that operates with such disregard for customer safety, satisfaction, and basic service standards.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service
Once they have got their commission they really don’t want to help. The issues I had of being missold/misled the wrong release of car and then it being delivered covered in mould as it had been in a field for a year was shocking, Then had to hire a hirecar as it failed and had to call the AA out 6 weeks later and couldn’t get any MG garage
To look at it for 2 MONTHS! They just don’t want to help/know or admit they were at fault for misleading me on the sale at all!
Will never use again. Can’t wait for this nightmare of a car to go back. Do not use!
Update
Offered a paltry £70 for a valet which was nowhere near enough the state the car was delivered in! So wasn’t worth pursuing with all the stress of spending full time hours on paperwork with this car being the wrong model expected.
Nowhere in any of the paperwork did you put the year of the model which would then have been obvious it wasn’t the latest model expected. The delay to receive you would expect because it was a new model - not because it was sitting in a field for a year!!! You had the paperwork with the latest model videos alongside. Totally misled - you must put the year on all your paperwork! Why would you allow customers to be misled? Dreadful ongoing experience, just bothered about commission and then dumped with the wrong model and a car that continues to have a myriad of endangering life faults! Had to hire another car for 2 months whilst it was off-road on arrival as the power steering went.
Not protected by the Ombudsman as they can only consider the financial aspect. There is no protection for customers who have been misled
Has cost us so much financially and in health- we are ticking the days down to return it! It’s not good enough and has caused an untold level of stress.

Wanted my card details at enquiry stage, wanted me to send them over by email ? unsecured ? then when I question this they offer to take them over the phone ? Never heard anything like it ! not professional at all ! I have asked for all details to be removed for their system
2nd car supplied same 5 star experience
The whole process was stress free due to Johnathan Brain at Lease Car, he updated me regularly and answered any questions I had . What’s even more important he has contacted me after the car arrived to check everything was ok . 5 star rating all round, thanks again Lease Car

Their Managing Director makes this quote on the first website page -
"I endeavour to ensure that our company is honest, trustworthy and ethical"
They claim a 5 star trustpilot ranking but they only have 3 stars !!
Not very ethical Mike - change your webpage and be honest.

Wouldn’t use.
Tried to pressure me into providing my full card details before I’d even been approved despite the bank advising against giving anyone your card payment details on the phone or via email.
Called way too often to pressure and cajole me into the next step even though we also corresponded via email so the calls were not needed.
Would not use
Would not use. Refused to take any responsibility with an issue I had with the collection and delivery of my new vehicle.
