Very professional as we had to communicate over distance as mum lived in a different town to us.
The actual ceremony was carried out to precision and they were very attentive.

We cannot thank the co op funeral care team enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed while organising my fathers funeral. I would like to say a special thanks to Mandy,who guided us through every step with such kindness, patience, and understanding during a very difficult time.Mandy made everything feel so much easier by taking care of every detail and keeping us informed throughout the process. She listened to our wishes,treated our family with genuine compassion, and ensured everything was organised perfectly. On the day of the funeral, everything was carried out with dignity and respect, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating my fathers life.
We are truly grateful to Mandy and the entire Co Op team for their outstanding support. We would highly recommend the Co Op to anyone looking for a caring ,professional, and compassionate funeral service .

Castle Donington
Overall the services which were provided were very good. All staff were extremely professional.
However the office in Castle Donington lacked any form of privacy to accommodate families and their grief. Members of the public could walk straight into the middle of you making funeral arrangements. No refreshments or toilets.In my opinion Castle Donington office is not ideal for families who are struggling with a bereavement.
If we had been offered to visit the office in Borrowash to make our arrangements we would have preferred to have gone there.
