Professionalism right from the word go.
From the moment they picked our mom up from home they were very respectful, kind and considerate. The ladies especially Nancy looked after us in our time of need even when we couldn’t make decisions or kept changing our minds. She was very patient and always there when we needed her. The Co-Op Funeral Directors have been established for a long time and I can understand why. Their professionalism is next to none. Thank you.

We cannot thank the co op funeral care team enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed while organising my fathers funeral. I would like to say a special thanks to Mandy,who guided us through every step with such kindness, patience, and understanding during a very difficult time.Mandy made everything feel so much easier by taking care of every detail and keeping us informed throughout the process. She listened to our wishes,treated our family with genuine compassion, and ensured everything was organised perfectly. On the day of the funeral, everything was carried out with dignity and respect, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating my fathers life.
