Very happy with purchase

The cup was a Christmas present for my stepmother musician she was enchanted

I recently ordered 3 albums as I ordered one 3 years ago and was amazed at the quality. They are all unique and very well made. International shipping with Fed ex was very speedy and they all arrived in excellent condition as they were packaged very well. I will recommend to anyone looking for something different.

I ordered a beautfful leather photo album with engraving on it. They were amazing!
The product is beautiful. I needed the engraving slightly different and called this company. They were helpful and efficient and so friendly and personable.
From talking to them to confirm they could do my special request to receiving the item was less than 24hours.
I cannot express how good this company and the photo album is. Nor can I recommend them enough.

The leather is beautiful, but it's more like a scrapbook than a photo album!! There aren't any pockets for photos, so you'll have to glue, tape, or find another way of making your photos stick. This can compromise the paper, and the photos....

If you're going for a photo album that will last and is worth the money, you may want to look elsewhere.

Had to speak with a customer service agent regarding an item I wanted to purchase who was extremely helpful and polite. Product purchased delivered quickly and great quality item.

Ordered Friday afternoon, dispatched the same day and revived on Monday at the time Central Crafts specified.

Product is fantastic quality and I will 100% use this company again.

I was extremely pleased with the Thai photo album I purchased, and the efficient ordering and delivery process. I paid for 2-3 day express delivery to the US, and it arrived exactly as expected. I'm not sure why, but there was even a 5£ unexpected adjustment to my favor at check out. I originally ordered this same album through Amazon and needed a second one. I waited about 3 weeks because it was out of stock. Overall nice experience working with CentralCrafts!

Ordered a lovely leather bound journal as a present, it arrived in record time (hadn't requested express delivery) and is very gorgeous, recipient is delighted as well!

Ordered the wood photo book, the large one by mistake. Spoke to company, no problem send it back; so I did. received smaller version and am absolutely delighted with it. Charlotte was professional and easy to communicate with, couldn't do enough, let me know safe arrival of large one, credited my account and sent out the new one. Brilliant. Gorgeous products, will deffo use again and would recommend to all.
