Met them at the NEC show. Not pushy and accurate with costs then and throughout. The 2 men that did the work were professional, delightful, neat and tidy workers with a gazebo workspace outside and hoovered up afterwards. Putting in a 2nd handrail matched the other ones style perfectly. I was astounded that they angled the corners around the top of the bend beautifully so it's wonderfully smooth. Completely trustworthy firm.

Excellent service from Vince who arranged everything from design to installation. The fitter Kev, did a superb job. The new stairs are a massive improvement. Highly recommended.

Central Joinery provided excellent communication from the very beginning, keeping us informed throughout the entire process – from the initial survey to the final installation. From start to delivery was an excellent experience. Thank you for a great service with very pleasant staff. Will definitely use your company again.

Four white balusters on staircase were supposed to be replaced with new wooden ones. After installation of glass side panels and a new wooden handrail it was stated it would then be too difficult to replace the old balusters and had to be left.
Similar issue was had for newel caps, 5-6 required replacing with the same wooden effect to match the new handrail but was left out. This was only done after contacting customer support which also adjusted the overall cost.
Installer did good work, but the staff member who came to measure and order mismanaged it all.
Overall, I wouldn’t go though the hassle this company caused again.
Edit: installer even stated it was strange why the different coloured posts were left out by whoever measured.

Overall good experience. Make sure you are clear about the lead times. Mine turned out to be longer than I was under the impression it would.

Stairs were delivered on time I was well informed of delivery time and contacted by delivery driver as requested etc

Mark Wrath made promises around a delivery date when I had not yet been invoiced. He gave me a date when I would expect a phone call advising of the delivery that week, that didn’t happen. When I chased this up, i was informed it was for delivery next week. I had to move my builder and joiner who were not happy. I was then informed of another date, and on the day no show. I rang and was the i mussed a phone call the day before and because i did not pick up you moved the delivery again. no voice message or text. I had to let my builder and joiner down again. An absolute shambles and as explained to andy zi would like to make a formal complaint. He said he would speak with the director, still wait….
