Problems resolved = Perfection!
We had a few problems with the wrong items being delivered, however cannot fault the customer service, the speed at getting it resolved and in the end the overall quality of the items is great. Their own brand metal spindles are just immaculate too. Can't wait for our project to be finished!

Excellent quality staircase
Stairs arrived yesterday and have been installed by my joiner today. Absolutely top quality finish on the stairs. My joiner commented on the quality too as they installed them.
Will certainly use the firm again if I ever find myself needing another staircase.
