Great service and fairly easy to design
After a lift extension meant we had to replace and add a new staircase, we designed using the website service. We did have to change it a couple of times and needed help from the team at Stairbox. With some minor adjustments once it arrived m, it went in well.

The website to build your stairs isn’t…
The website to build your stairs isn’t the easiest, we had to go to the showroom for them to design it. Although in the showroom we advised of a landing step and wanted the balustrade pre-made which was added at the time and quote sent to us. When arrived we were short of base fittings for the handrail and the balustrade wasn’t pre made as we ordered. The quote that is sent through is really hard to read so it’s hard to check what your odering too as there no breakdown.
But the quality of the stairs is good and well made.
