Efficient, timely; sociable fitters who did tidy job and never left a mess. Even better it works!

Good job done , cleaned all the mess up balanced the system and checked it was all working properly before they left .

I can't praise Central Plumbing highly enough! Fast, cheerful, friendly and most importantly, reliable service offered from start to finish. Called first thing Monday morning, no hot water all weekend. A van arrived around noon, tried to remedy the problem to no avail, as they didn't carry the valve we needed on the van The engineer phoned in the issue to HQ. At 4:30 another van arrived, having collected the valve, and fitted it. He even had time to look at a dodgy sink fitment whilst he was here. Both engineers were lovely blokes, chatty, polite, took off their shoes and got on with the job!

First class service from a very reputable company.

Hope you are well. I have to say this is more than likely one of my top five most professional and efficient companies that I have worked with.

I would like to give particular mention to Gemma in the office, who simply made the whole process a walk in the park. The way things are in business, it is not every day, understandably that one has the time to leave feedback on a service , but when you get a service as exceptional as the one I experienced, you have to make time to show appreciation for it and give credit where credit is due. Gemma is an absolute credit to the business and absolutely deserves the praise that often as employers we forget to give people like Gemma.
She takes full ownership of her role, and after a second thought, I might be inclined to think she is actually one of the owners of the business, because the care she takes with clients (from my personal experience) is one that I can liken only to that of an owner , but if she is not one of the owners and is part of the team, then fair play to her even more so, and I truly hope she is given the recognition she deserves for the person that she is.

I have to apologise for this, but I did not catch the name of the gentleman who came to my site and actually did the work, but again, a very polite and decent gentleman. Absolutely nothing was a problem for him and he sorted the place out so quickly , neatly and efficiently. Again, someone who is a great advert for the company and is clearly happy with his job, which is testimony to the company as a whole.

All in all, central heating and plumbing, this is a massive thumbs up from me. I have just recently opened this depot in this area and I am so pleased that Riley stopped when I was following his van round Lincoln and he gave me the details on how to get in touch.

I can’t thank you all enough for what you have done and I look forward to working with you much more in the future.

We are very happy with the work carried out by Central Plumbing & Heating.
All radiators in the property were replaced with new radiators.
Will & Kane did a great job. Very professional, very knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions we had & kept us informed all the way through the installation. Quality of work to a high standard.
Made sure we were happy with the position of the radiators on each wall before fixing.
All the old radiators & rubbish removed & place left tidy.
Office also kindly checked that we were still ok for the installation beforehand.
An engineer came back out the following day to check all the Radiators were funtioning as they should be. Would highly recommend & we will be using CP&H again.

Being old [I am 80!] and not very well, I recently felt very vulnerable when faced with a seemingly daunting domestic problem - I needed a new boiler! My son, who is a customer of Central Plumbing and Heating, recommended them.
Several attempts to repair the old boiler had proved futile, so I was left feeling very cold and exposed. The crew at Central Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. From the staff at the office who noting my situation, gave me priority for installation, to the excellent fitter, Jason, who went out of his way to ensure that the new boiler was working efficiently, and that I was warm once more. The day the boiler was fitted, it was cold and raining, but despite that, Jason was very cheerful and supportive, and did an excellent job. The pricing was very fair too, I was completely satisfied. So to the caring and efficient office staff, to the service team, a very big 'thank you' for all the help you have given me.

Finn was friendly and helpful, and mended my leaking radiator. He fitted two new taps. Fastidious, clean, tidy and punctual.
