Good communication throughout the process. Reminders were sent by email. Plumber was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Certificate emailed on the same day, to show boiler had been serviced, which is excellent. Paid on the day, no problems waiting for the bill.Excellent service, thankyou.

After moving into our house, we discovered that the central heating didn't work properly. We were advised to have a power flush as the system hadn't been maintained for over 20years. This company were able to offer this service promptly and at a very reasonable price. The two guys arrived at the time they should and were polite and helpful. They worked cleanly and efficiently. It was a very difficult job as the system was completely clogged with years of sludge and deposits. They ended up having to remove every radiator individually to remove the problems and get the system flowing properly. They ended up having to work a 12 hour day with no complaint and didn't leave until they were completely happy that our heating was working efficiently. I can highly recommend this company for the service and professionalism that they provide. The charge for this service was exactly as quoted despite the extra work.

We'd been failed by a couple of plumbing companies - assuring us that there was nothing wrong with our 10 year old boiler. We found a sole operator who knew what he was doing, but couldn't complete the work before Christmas.
We were away at a wedding. There was no heat in the house and it was -6 at night. (8th - 14th December 2022.
Central plumbing heard our dismay and reorganised their appointments to make Mark and Jack available on 16th December. We were shivering by that time, but the two of them arrived, got on with the job and 7 hours later left a working boiler and heating system and a workspace that was probably cleaner than when they arrived.
Their communication with us was friendly and pleasant but limited to those areas that they needed to know to do the job.
Very impressed by this team and the back office support of Claire and Gemma.
These guys are my plumbers from now on.

Worst weather of the year and boiler packs in been on lpg had to ring round to get an engineer lpg
Found Central Heating and Plumbing Lincoln contacted them 3 days later came to asses
Decided to go new rather than repair 3 days further on New boiler fitted and heating back on

Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and the engineer was punctual, friendly and professional. A text to inform arrival of engineer in the next half an hour is really useful. Paying by card reader at the time wraps up the admin promptly too. Would highly recommend!

Had my hot water system upgraded in our house. Mark and his apprentice did a brilliant job in half the time they expected it to take. Polite manner and professional tidy work. I’ve used Central for years. Always fantastic service from Carl and his team.

Very good service all round and special thanks to Claire who was absolutely brilliant. Within a day of my call I had someone round, a diagnosis and temporary fix. Claire sourced the needed parts and the next day all was repaired. Reasonably priced and quick and efficient service. Hopefully, I won’t need them again soon but if I do need a plumber I will not hesitate with using Central Plumbing & Heating again.

Fantastic service from Central Plumbers. We were quite anxious at the thought of a water leak somewhere at our property but our enquiry was dealt with quickly and professionally. Everyone we were in communication with were pleasant friendly and helpful. The plumber James who came to do the job was friendly and kept us up to date with what needed doing. We were emailed our quote for the job and were able to accept or decline before any work started. All work was carried out quickly and resolved. Would definitely use Central Plumbers again.

I had an emergency and the call taker was understanding and reassuring. An appointment was given for later that day. I received a text when Plumber on the way.
My problem was fixed professionally and the price charged was very reasonable. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend and use this company again.
