Lies and unknown fees/charges

I signed up for a 1-day free trial with the option to cancel “anytime” but instead, I was charged $1, $39.95, and $39.95 all at once with these supposedly being monthly subscription fees. I sent an email and multiple support tickets, but have not heard anything.

I made a payment to Camille for a free trial, I was deducted $10 and was sent an email for my subscription. And the next day I was deducted about $20 for a feed trial I did for a account called unikorn tv and there was no agreement that I’ll be deducted a sum of $24.95. I wasn’t even sent an email with a payment ID to confirm my subscription, I just woke up in the morning and saw my bank account was deducted. Please I need a refund back of my money as soon as possible, I already sent the account a message on fancentro concerning my refund but yet to receive a message from them, I also cancelled the feed trial subscription to avoid any form of deduction in my bank account, I hope to hear from y’all soon thanks.

Fraudulent payment processor

Hello,

My honest review of Centrobill, would be that it might be a Fraudulent payment gateway, and if anyone sees charges on there credit/debit cards to charge it back as they may not issue you a refund, and there customer service is non existent.

My card issuers from Capitalone Mastercard, HSBC Mastercard, and TD Canada Trust Visa, has blocked charges from there for the last two years in the range from 1.00 to 199.99 USD, and nothing was ever approved.

This payment service is allowing those who steal credit/debit cards, or they are testing them on there porn websites as that's what this billing gateway does service.

If you see them or even a declined charge, block the credit/debit card right away.

The worst service

I bought a subscription to a pornhub and chose SEPA payment. Unfortunately, even after a few days, they did not withdraw my money from my account. Pornhub support claimed it will take several days so I was calm. After a few days, I received an email saying that a chargeback had been made and that I owed them money, including penalties. How could I ask for something they didn't take from me?

I wrote in support. However, their support is so slow that it has not been resolved even after almost a month.

They want proof of my chargeback. How do I prove to them something that my bank said never happened?

So I sent the money directly to their bank account. He also sent proof of payment from the bank and I still did not receive an email about paying the debt.

They stopped communicating with me after this email. What should I take from it?

So I don't know if I still owe them or they scam me and they will give put on continue fines.

Given the number of negative reviews, I'm quite worried about that

If I recall I believe they're out of cypress.
I honestly won't say it's a scam but I will say that they're operating outside the laws of the United States so there are no controls on getting your money back if there's a problem.

Order A Trial - Get A Random Subscription On Top

I purchased a 2-Day-Trial on germangoogirls.com for 1€ and cancelled it a few hours later on the same day (on Centrobill and germangoogirls.com or rather e-support24).
The cancellation process was the FIRST red flag, because there is no simple button to end the subscription on germangoogirls.com or any way to manage your account in the first place. You have to manually send an email to their support site - e-suport24 and then also cancel the subscription on Centrobill.

I had no issue logging-in on Centrobill, but looking on the list of my subscriptions I got the SECOND red flag:
Listed under current subscriptions was the 2-Day-Trial from germangoogirls.com for 1€ but also a 1-Day-Trial for 39.95€ from myporndownloads.com.
39.95€ for a ONE day trial on a site that I had never heard of.

So I cancelled that subscription as well and immediately noticed the THIRD red flag: After cancelling all the subscriptions, they now had the status "automatically cancelled on:" and then the date of today + 30 days. So it doesn't seem to automatically take in account, that the subscription was cancelled within the trial period.
Realizing that, I sent another Mail to the support explaining my situation and the fraudulent subscription, but conveniently the support is that slow to answer, that all confirmation mails for the cancellation of the subscriptions, that I received, where dated after the trial period.
I am not sure if that was intentional, but at this point I was already researching this company and had read all the negative experiences of other customers.
To my happy surprise the confirmation mail of the cancellation of the fraudulent subscription from myporndownloads.com actually said I would not be charged even though it wrongly stated the date of cancellation two days after I actually cancelled.

Turns out that was either a lie or the transaction was already on the way, when I cancelled, because the next day I noticed they charged me the legitimate 1€ + taxes but also the fraudulent 39.95€ + taxes.

Dear Centrobill,
I'm not willing to deal with you guys anymore, so if you read this and disagree with my decision to block the fraudulent charge and any future charges at my bank, feel free to take legal actions. I saved all terms of services, screenshots and mails regarding the subscription and cancelation process.

To be fair this could just be one bad experience with a company that has bad or rather slow customer service but looking at other experiences with Centrobill on Trustpilot I am almost convinced that this is a company entirely dedicated to scam customers of adult sites under the assumption that they will hesitate to take legal actions.

Well, I do not hesitate, so try me, Centrobill.

Update 4/16/2021:
They actually sent me a mail, requesting to pay them the 39.95€ + taxes + bank fees (because I blocked their fraudulent transaction).
The funny thing is, this time it's not for a 1-Day-Trial for myporndownloads.com but for a 2-Day-Trial for germangoogirls.com for which I already payed 1€+ taxes (the only money they're actually legally entitled to)

What is it now? 1€ or 39,95€? One or two days of trial? germangoogirls.com or myporndownloads.com?

You tried to scam me without legal basis and now you got charged by my bank for trying to take money, your're not entitled to. Suck it up and get your stuff together, Centrobill.

Update 4/29/2021:
Today I got a letter from Fairmount (German debt collection company).
They claim to collect for Eurobill Tech. Ltd (apparently the same as Centrobill - common tactic to split up fraudulent companies).
Obviously I will not pay anything I did not subscribe to, so I am really looking forward to their next move.

Still not a single response from the support team by the way, so if you want "your" money so bad, why ignore "customers"? maybe because you know exactly what you're doing because you did it many times, Centrobill?

Update 5/3/2021:
Today I randomly checked my spam folder on G-Mail and discovered, that the E-support24 actually did reply to my support requests.
Since all the other mails from Centrobill regarding subscriptions where not blocked, it did not come to mind to check the spam folder.
My bad. However, the two mails from the support only offer a ridiculous explanation of why they charged me for a full membership.

They claim, because I streamed a video, that was premium, I had automatically subscribed to a premium membership. Why did I have access to it with a trial account, then? Good luck explaining that to the court.

There are laws even on the internet. If I had access to the video via a trial account, you can not charge me for a premium membership without specifically asking for my permission.

Help

I payed 24,99 for a subscription but then my bank couldn't charge it so I had to pay 34,99 which I did. Now after 3 months they want that I pay it back with 10 dollar suspension. What should I do. I'm scared they add a lot of money to it.

Will sell your credit card number!

This review is for those people who know to read all the terms and conditions, and understand what they're getting into when they charge something from centrobill to their card. The actual experience with paying and cancelling payments was very easy and I had no issues.

However, I charged to a card that I do not use on a day to day basis, and in fact did not use for years (emergency card). About 3 months after cancelling all centrobill payments, with no further purchases of any kind to the card, there were 3 sudden charges of over $70 each to Pottery Barn and Shutterfly - obviously not mine. Luckily I had text notifications on, so I cancelled the card before any more charges could be made, and Wells Fargo reversed the charges for me.

Buyer beware! Keep a close eye on your credit card bill in the following months after your purchase! Centrobill either sells your card number, or doesn't keep it very secure. Neither is a good look.

Hi Centrobill team,

Why I can't proceed with the payment using my bank card? I already check all the details at some point when I click "Pay Now", the tab doesn't load or anything.
