GFE Kallie Marie is a scam!
GFE Kallie Marie
So I bought the 300$ GFE of Kallie Marie and it was supposed to come with lots and lots of goodies...now just a few days later she added me on snap. Cool ar least we got added. But after that she charged 100$ more so I could get her phone number. *the phone number was supposed to be in the GFE package but she decided to charge more* so it was 400$ instead of 300$ and I feel kinda robbed. Yes it was my fault to believe her. But after that we kinda started talking and after that just silence for days. I‘m not kidding just days. And I really don‘t want to spend money on a content creator which does not offer the things stated on her page and still wants to charge more money after the first payment. Is it possible to get a refund on both of my transactions? There are so many things that I could have done with the money
Tldr: spent lots of money on a package and the creator wanted me to pay 100$ more for a thing which was supposed to be in the first package. Also didn‘t provide any explanation and started ignoring me.
There is another review here about her and it says that she doesn‘t even like doing premium anymore so pls help me out thank you
Wont Accept Card
Hello there all.
Recently, I was trying to use the website Privacy.com to purchase some really obscure items. This is why I used privacy.com. I created a burner car and put $30 because the price was 29.50. It declined. So I didn't think much of it. Maybe it was a tax thing. So I created a new burner for 35 dollars. Declined again. I changed my payment method to Privacy.com multiple times, but none of them worked. Eventually I got sick of it and thought I could find some help if I googled the payment "Service" It's a good thing I did. And I was right about using a burner.
If I had to speculate what happened, I would assume that Privacy.com knew it was a scam website.

Cancelled membership and found fraudulent charges months after cancellation.
What would you expect when you receive an email saying: "We have received and fulfilled your cancellation request. All recurring charges have been stopped and you won't be billed again for this membership."
This is the only online billing company I had this trouble with and I can see there have been many more scammed before me.
worst billing services
Absolute scam Drained my bank account in one day
They drained my bank account in one day with three different transactions one of 60 one of 50 and one of 178 and it all in total is almost 300 dollars and I canceled the subscriptions a month or so ago and it said that it canceled them but it in fact didn’t. It also subscribed me to 3 different products I never even gave permission to, I contacted my bank, they said that they will dispute the transaction, that was about 1 week ago now just yesterday Centrobill emails me saying that I owe them $377.94 because my bank demanded the money from them. Please never use this site it is a scam through and through and they will buy things with your card even when your not logged into your account and or haven’t used it in a week or two.

THIS IS STILL A SCAM.
well i never am using this service again, i went to a website lets call it website Z, and i saw they had a free trial so i was intrigued. so i saw that i had to make an account and so i did and i had to fill in my bank account details and i did, and next i went back to the free trial thing, so i see what it has to offer but now iam not so interested anymore but the next morning i see that there was a subtantial amount taken from my bank account and it was for website Z, yearly and monthly subcription and of course because i didnt want this in the first place i charged it back and now they send me an email saying i am in debt with them and that i have to pay them double the amount for fee's. this is very upsetting because i dont have the money for these debts thats why i wanted to try the free version and iam in alot of stress right now......
so thank you Centrobill!
well thats funny because why would i pay for a year membership and straight after a monthly membership thats just dumb, and i still find it unreasonable that i have to pay for a membership that firstly i didnt use and secondly i never wanted but i am done with u guys so have a good day, week, year, decade and see you never again!

Scam!
This site uses your credit card info to buy services you did not really approve of and then tries to scam you. You should definitely not use this, or if you do make images of all the transactions and mails they send to you.
Update:
Since i saw what kind of comments centrobill made under some other reviews, i'd like to clarify this one a little bit so they don't start calling me a liar. They don't exactly technically fraud you: Suppose you are on website X and buy a product on it. Then you get redirected to centrobill where you enter your credit card info and so on. After payment, the checkout confirms that your product has been bought - and some Subscription for some website which you never saw before and which has to be paid for on a monthly basis (and which most likely is actually created by centrobill just for this kind of scam [I obviously don't no that, i am just guessing]). You will also get an email confirming that you bought access to some website, and if you read their AGB's carefully, they actually even mention this kind of recurring payment.
It's basically the same principle as a shop owner who secretly puts a third product next to the two products you actually buy hoping that you don't remark it(And of course the third one is very expensive), writing that this kind of stuff is happening in this shop on a paper which then is attached to the main entrance. I'm not sure if this is actually illegal, but in my personal opinion it's still fraud.
So in Conclusion: NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

Well
Well, maybe they got better, but I cancelled my two subscriptions according to the instructions posted by them in comments here and so far, I received both cancellation emails, as well as info on the profile (to which I logged repeatedly without any issues) on the expiration and cancellation of said subscriptions and even a confirmation that I would be refunded for one of them (the pending payment), so hopefully that amount does get refunded. The other subscription, yeah my mistake, should have read the fine print :-) but I can live with that. The entire process from signing up for said subscription until receiving the cancellation confirmations expressly stated in their terms on their site to be confirmation of cancellation of the contract took about 3 hours.
Update: The pending payment was fully refunded to me today morning to my account, so on my behalf, none of the complications van be confirmed

Managed to track back some fraudulent transactions back to centrobill. Contacted them to advise and request my money be refunded and their response is all sales are final! Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs and hope you dont end up in my position
Adding to this in response to centrobills reply their website states "we have several customizable options to aid in fraud prevention and risk evaluation, full transaction management, and so forth"
Based on your response your pretty much calling me a liar. Great way to do business.......

Deceptive and Fraudulent Billing
This company engages in deceptive and fraudulent billing practices. When they are challenged, they threaten to send you to collections under the assumption that consumers will not contest charges to an adult website.
I recently signed up to an adult site. Like many, it came with a “free” one day trial of an affiliated site that I had no interest in joining. Per the terms and conditions outlined at sale, I immediately canceled that subscription within 24 hours in order to avoid being charged $34.95. An email was sent to the address on the cancellation line in my confirmation email and on their website requesting cancellation. I stress, this was the ONLY cancellation option made available to me after subscribing.
Within 24 hours I received a response offering me another month free, which I declined immediately. Despite this, a charge for $34.95 appeared on my credit card. I was then told they would not refund that charge because I cancelled the “wrong way” - I did not send an email to their sister site, e-support24.com. They then provided terms and conditions which, buried therein, alleged to show that I agreed the only way a user could cancel the subscription was via e-support24, NOT Centrobill.
Nevermind that the link to those terms and conditions is dead and not available when you sign up (I later confirmed). Nevermind that the website and the confirmation emails you receive upon subscribing direct you to cancel via Centrobill. Nevermind that Centrobill and e-support24 are affiliated entities.
After contacting my credit card for a chargeback on the $34.95 for a website I did not subscribe to, never accessed, and attempted to cancel, I received an email from e-support24 telling me to reverse the chargeback or I would be sent to collections.
The business strategy is clear:
- set up two billing providers (Centrobill and e-support24)
- have one confirm the subscription and be identified as the entity to contact for canceling those subscriptions (Centrobill)
- rely upon fine print in Terms and Conditions that no one is likely to read, even if they are made available (the links are dead)
- when a consumer tries to cancel using the only means available to them, dismiss the request because it was not sent to their sister entity (e-support24) and charge them anyhow - even though the entities are affiliated, even though the request to cancel was sent to Centrobill within 24 hours, even though e-support24 ACKNOWLEDGED receiving the request within 24 hours (because they are the ones who respond)
- refuse to refund money charged
- threaten consumers with collections after they have the credit card chargeback the payment
FYI, the chargebacks are so critical to them because most payment networks will cut off a service provider or retailer whose chargebacks exceed 2% (I.e., if too many people initiate a chargeback the business is effectively shut down).
Incidentally, the Terms and Conditions they provide you (after the fact) and which they insist you have not complied with state the following: “To Cancel ... notify the Company at least one working day prior to the end of the paid trial period BY VISITING [e-support24.com]. Read that carefully. “Visiting” e-support24.com means nothing - they couldn’t even prove that I hadn’t.
Stay away from ANY website that uses Centrobill or e-support24 as their payments provider, including any of the John Thompson adult sites.
UPDATE: Within 90 minutes of posting this review Centrobill asked that it be removed on the grounds that I was never in a contractual relationship with the company at all.
Here are the precise terms of the contract e-support24.com and Centrobill are relying upon:
“The parties to this Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) are You, the Member, and companies listed near the bottom of this document, dba EuroRevenue (the “Company”).
The companies there listed are:
“USA: Centrobill Ltd., 253 Main Street #222, Matawan, NJ 07747
CANADA: Centrobill Services Ltd., 2500-1751 Rue Richardson, Montreal, QC H3K 1G6
EU: Eurobill Tech Ltd., formerly Centrobill (Cyprus) Limited, 9 Karpenisou Street, 2021 Nicosia, Cyprus”

Slow response time via Support
Edit #2: They have contacted me and it has definitely been removed on their end, my bank seem to be holding the funds themselves. Not their issue. My only concern is the slow response times. Other than that, they seem to be fine :)
Hey.
So, I have seen the other reviews, and I've noticed no issues with the site, not sure what they are talking about.
However, I recently opted in to a free trial (on the 24th of March )which lasted one day. I was immediately charged the full months amount. I look on the website, okay fair enough it needs to ensure they are available, and if cancelled will return within one or two days. I immediately cancel the subscription and it says it will expire the next day. 2 days later, the charge is still not reverted; I contact both CentroBill (through their website) and the site the subscription is for. Centrobill responds automatically letting me know my request has been received. Still no response there. The site the subscription is for lets me know that the trial was cancelled and the subscription is not active. I sent another email today, and will be contacting my bank if the charge isn't reversed. This is the one flaw with centrobill, everything else seemed fine to me and I'm willing to change my rating if I am contacted back at some point :)
Great Support!
I see lots of negative reviews for some reason, but I've been treated with nothing but greatness. Due to my dumb mistakes, I purchased a subscription that I very quickly came to regret. The folks at Centrobill really helped me out, they were very quick and quite nice to me. I'm now awaiting the refund, which may take several days, but so far so good.
Thank you once again! :
Please Help!
I have sent numerous emails to Centrobill asking for help to solve an issue with processing a payment for a $47.96 subscription, but instead, its support asked me for a charge instead after checking that my account was associated with some type of fraud, which never happened. Then after I paid the bill, they never replied back and resolved the problem. I even took pictures to show proof of the transaction and yet they ignored the emails. How am I supposed to trust such customer service? Please help!

hello, this is my last resort. i have sent numerous emails to centrohelp bc i am being charged after my subscription has BEEN expired. please help me.
Switchin it up
I see a lot of bad reviews on here so imma switch it up a bit. I had a free trial that I actually ended up keeping for a bit but didn’t wanna renew for another month. I followed the cancellation instructions in my original email and everything seems to be going good so fingers crossed no more charges lol. It’ll be 5 stars if I don’t.
