UPDATED REVIEW I paid my money, opened an account, but nothing....

I have returned my results and opened an account, but am unable to receive the results of my $200+ food allergy test. My email requests for help have been answered in German. Their customer service number is the number of some guy who has nothing to do with Cerascreen. Their U.S. number in Brooklyn has been disconnected.UPDATE in the Cerascreen reply they say they have provided a solution. They have not. They still have my money. I do not have results and I don't have any indication of when or if I will get them. As noted above their number for U.S. customer service is a guy who has never heard of Cerascreen and is tired of getting calls from unhappy Cerascreen customers.

Vitamin D deficiency - The key to my fatigue

I ordered the cerascreen vitamin D test. A friend gave me the idea because I was constantly tired. The result: I actually have a deficiency.
The test was delivered to me shortly after I ordered it and it was very easy to do at home.
After sending my sample back, I received my test result in the app within a few days.

Helpful Food Allergy Test

I took the food allergy test and was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. Shipping was a day or two slower than anticipated, but I can't complain about that during a pandemic. The instructions were clear, getting the blood sample wasn't really painful at all, and the results were quite informative. I got confirmation of an allergy that I knew of, and found out about a couple of foods I might be sensitive to that might explain some stuff.

If i could give no stars I would sent…

If i could give no stars I would sent my blood test off on the 24/3 still no results have e-mailed them and still no reply pls don’t waste your money

In response to your reply. I have sent two emails still no reply and an online form no reply.
Test ID is 3FR7NE this test was very important and to have completed everything you asked and still have no result and test was sent on the 24th March is appalling. I paid my £29 and you’ve given no result.

The worst experience

The worst experience! My husband ordered a test and they lost it and then they found it but still haven't processed it a month later! Stay away! Waste of money and customer service does NOT respond timely.

If the sample is sent to the laboratory without a QR code, we are unfortunately unable to assign it after receipt. We are happy to offer you a free replacement test, for which we have sent you an email in which you can reorder the test.

Tried to contact cera screen for more tham two weeks to cancel my order as it was a mistake (120 days stated to be money-back garantue). Without any response...!
Will ask my bank to get my refund

14 days in lab and still no results!

I worked out that Cerascreen has now had my blood sample for 14 days!!! In my opinion No company should trade if their service is sooooooooooo poor! Disgusted.

There website is so great easy to use…

Profiling the web was easy and there have lots of product. Good price I didnt know that we can test ourself at home. Its great just ordered allergies test kit for my husband.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! I received my order with no information at all on how to return the sample, I also never received the 'biohazard' envelope which was meant to be inside the kit. Reached out to the company 4 times and have been completely ignored by them. Instructing my bank to process a charge back. Save yourself the hassle and find another company to complete your tests!

My test wasn’t able to be ran and I have been emailing over and over about getting a replacement sent to my new address and keep getting emails in German and no real responses about my replacement kit. It’s been over a month.
