Disgusting scamming business
Disgusting scamming business. Completed an IQ test and at the end it requested £1 so I scrolled down and hit the PayPal link however that PayPal link is actually for a £30 a month subscription. Paid 4+ months before managing to cancel the subscription. Theres even a fake timer (gets to 0 and resets to 2 minutes) on the final page to try and rush you through into making the same mistake I did. Disgusting company I'll be having nothing to do with ever again

Total scam! Unethical practices!
I did a quick IQ test in June and thought no more about it, until I checked my credit card statements months later (I was traveling) amd saw that they had charged me 14.99 Usd EVERY WEEK for 6 months !
Never was it mentioned in the beginning that they would continue to charge me weekly
And when I asked for a refund, the answer was "Our fees are non-refundable"!
Its pretty clear this is how they earn revenue.

This is 100% a scam
This is 100% a scam. I paid the .99 and did NOT sign up for anything further they were trying to sell, and today I got a charge for $24.99 that was ACH'd from my bank account. Not from PayPal, not from my card! Do NOT engage with this company in any way.
Thank you to the person who suggested I try this avenue for getting this fixed.
Cerebrum IQ did reach out and refunded my money. I really appreciate it.

SCAM !!Do not ever use one of their My IQ…
Do not ever use one of their my IQ test is a complete scam to lock you into a monthly subscription. Then there's no way to get in touch with them. Thank God, I started with the alerts on my bank account for reoccurring payments. I found posts about this for over a year so clearly they know what's going on and let it continue to go on.

FRAUD AND SCAM. I took a simple IQ test for a small fee
I took a simple IQ test for a small fee of $1. Moments ago, you unauthorizedly charged my card $29.99 for a subscription I never agreed to.
I have already tried to cancel the subscription in your portal and keeps saying no account found. I am demanding an immediate refund of the $29.99
If this is not refunded immediately, I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank and submitting a formal chargeback.

Tricked into signing up for a subscription for MYIQ. Evidently my IQ is not as good as I thought it was. They make it pretty much impossible to unsubscribe as well.
This is a scam, they promise a refund but don't do anything.

I took the test you advertised on FB. Afterwards, I was told to see my results I had to send you $1. I did, via PayPal. Then I was charged $24.99, for what I do not know. I had a long correspondence with you about this fraudulent charge, and I guess I was writing to a particularly stupid bot who asked for my name over and over. I am terrified that you will keep charging me. Refund the money you swindled from me, and do not ever post another charge.

I dont see how anyone is giving CerebrumIQ any kind of review past one star! If I could give 0, I would! This company is deceptive! I took the same little IQ test that a lot of others got scammed with! Completed the test and at the end, of course there was a charge of $1. The test was a decent little test and I said ok, it was worth $1 and I paid it. Now I keep keep getting recurring monthly charges on my credit card for $30 for a subscription that I NEVER was made aware of nor ever agreed to!! I canceled my card once for a fraud charge from them and the same charge showed up again on the new card! I tried to get into CerebrumIQ's website and I put my email in and it says they have no information with that email account! AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

CerebrumIQ blocked me when I requested a refund, and cancellation.
I paid $1 for an IQ test (I was bored). They charged me via PayPal $14.99 bi-weekly. When I learned of the multiple deductions, I contacted them via PayPal, requested a refund, and requested them to cancel my account. I got zero response back. I went to PayPal to make a second request, but couldn’t. They blocked me. They literally blocked me. What kind of company does that!? A CON-pany.

I (stupidly) paid this company for my IQ results (I know the irony!) months ago and have just had a subscription taken from my credit card today. No emails to advise this was coming out my account. I didn't sign up for this using an email and therefore it is impossible to easily contact them to cancel. I have flagged this with my credit card provider and have taken this further directly with Cerebrum/MYIQ to have the money repaid. If they mess me about I will submit a charge back report withe the credit card company. Cerebrum is connected to MYIQ
UPDATE 06/01/25 I separately emailed them direct at their help email address @myiq.com yesterday about this and the replies are just a loop asking for details and then replying saying they can't trace my account!
I have provided the details again today via Trustpilot so let's see if I can now be found and repaid!
Update 11 Jan: money has been repaid into my account. I suspect raising the charge back dispute with my credit card prompted this as no a peep from MYIQ/Cerebrum!
