Could not be more over the moon with how they treated me as a tenant. I applied for a property and was accepted the next day. Paid the bond, and was sent an inspection report that seemed pretty fair to me. Would lease through them again

I have been renting out investment properties for 23 years now and had NEVER experienced such appalling management. Was with them for 10months not one inspection carried out - they made an appointment for one and my step dad was meeting the agent for me as she knew to go through together and she just never turned up , no call nothing. She apologised said will org another but never did. I found another agent. I asked if could waive the 30days before handing over as wanted an inspection ASAP and they refused. Still now 6 weeks later the new agent still is trying to get all the info transferred over. I contacted the Boss off Certainty and never replied so I called a week later for him to only defend his staff. Cheap rates cheap service

As a professional investor with multiple properties, Erin and her team have been delightful to work with. Especially as we have properties all over the country having someone who is national makes a huge difference. Whenever I need to speak with Erin I have her direct line, or I if its a bit more in depth I book an appointment with her so she can focus on me (just like visiting my accountant :).
We now recommend all of our friends who are investors to Certainty.

Being a longtime investor and having over a dozen properties all across Australia and having to deal with multiple agency’s at different percentages it’s so refreshing to find a company that provides the certainty of a fixed management fee in all states looking toward working with Certainty!!

I'm still a little bit weary of Certainty due to their fees being so low and my not understanding how they are making enough revenue to support the team that has been liaising with me but my experience has yet to be anything but positive; They managed to secure us a tenant within a fortnight of our property in Melton, VIC handing over, have kept us updated at every turn and have just generally been very friendly and pleasant to work with.

My husband and I will be changing the management of all of our properties to their company if this continues deeper into our tenant's lease.

My property in Adelaide (Munno Para) sat vacant for almost 6 weeks prior to CP taking over.

Our Property Manager provided us with a detailed analysis of the market and was able to secure tenants only after the 3rd inspection. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and managed to achieve $15 above the asking price.

As a client who lives interstate and relies heavily on communication, the team at Certainty exceeded my expectations and I'm truly satisfied with their level of service.

I could not be happier with the service that Certainty Property have provided me from the onboarding process they made the whole transition from my old agent to Certainty Property stress free and easy. I love the portal that they use property me helps me know what’s going on with my properties at all time I was with multiple agents for multiple different properties in different states for different price points. It was so easy to have all my properties under a cheap fixed price of $30 dollars a week. This fixed price compared to what I was paying on one of my properties in QLD at 8% I paying through the nose now certainty property are helping me purchase my next investment.

I started with Certainty Property managing just one of my properties in Yarrabilba. I had a dedicated property manager called Sophie who handled the transfer from my old agent, introduced me to my landlord portal and then went and met the tenants so that they felt comfortable with change in property manager.

My tenants have contacted me directly to advise how great Certainty Property have been with maintenance requests and responsive when it came to renewing her lease.

I’ve since transferred another two properties to Certainty to manage. The process has been equally as smooth. What is perhaps most impressive is that I am being charged just $93 per month for each property. My previous managers were charging me 7.5%. It works out I’m saving between $1100 and $1600 per year per property, or nearly $3,500 a year in fees for a better service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Certainty Property to anyone who is considering switching from an old school agent charging 7-8%. It’s been a no-brainer for me.

I am extremely pleased with these guys. It was my first time renting out a property to tenants and I had a lot of questions. Cameron was extremely professional and knowledgable and spent an exceedingly generous amount of time with me on the phone over a few calls guiding me through my decision and advising me on their services but also how to make the right decision on property management. Their rental guarantee is also unheard of in this space and a game changer. Cameron stood out from all the other PM's I spoke with and it was an easy decision given how much time he had spent with me guiding my decision.

After this Simon took over as my property is Melbourne based. There were unfortunately a number of hick ups (including a break in) leading up to property hand over and both Simon and Cameron spent more time than they had to in helping me and making sure the hand over went through with minimal issue. They found tenants quickly and made everything easy for me.

Tim Taylor eventually became my full time property manager and I have just been so impressed and pleased with his efforts. He is extremely reliable and I can easily reach him when needed without ever having to chase him up. He manages tenants extremely well and keeps me informed on anything important. Tim's efforts give me complete peace of mind and remove any burden of managing a property. Tim is also just a lovely fella and I always enjoy our conversations - very important factor of working with anyone!

I was really impressed with how this company managed through COVID by changing from fortnightly to weekly rent payments to assist clients with any cash flow issues they may have. This was a quick and seamless adaptation. I've always received my rental payments in full on time.

Would absolutely recommend Certainty to anyone else and will be choosing them to manage any future properties I rent out.
