Got charged for a subscription I did not buy
I was charged £39.50 for the subscription I did not buy. I did 1 test which charged me £0.50 but after that they charged me £39.50 again.I did not signup or anything as well so I cannot open my account. I don't know how they can just charge me without setting up my account too. I have emailed the contact to see if they will give me refund. If I do I will update my review. Don't pay for it unless you need to use the service on a continous basis.
Update: They have refunded my money which is great. 5 stars
