Paid 50p for the iq test and have re charged me twice £40. I contacted them asking why and no response. They charge u the fee of 50p to then take more money off of you with a hidden subscription & when you try to cancel it they don’t respond to let you. Dont pay for the iq test. Unless they refund me. I will be taking this a lot further and will be reporting this

As many of the other reviews state - DO NOT TAKE THIS QUIZ! Originally it’s only 50p to view your results, which to most is nothing, however two days afterwards you’ll be hit with an unexpected charge of £40. Regardless of whether this is in the ‘fine print’ it’s horribly misleading and this company is disgusting for not making it clearer to people what they’re actually being charged for. How this is allowed (and certainly deemed as ethical) is beyond me.

Charged 40£ for subscription where nowhere was told about it and only information about this fee is in service agreement that was not shown in payment process. Test was fun but will keep one star until refunded for unwanted subscription.

Subscribed and charged without me knowing
My son did an iq test, which asked for £0.50 to see the results. He asked me to do one too, I thought, for £0.50 why not! The completely hidden subscription this company has would be why.... I never used their services other than seeing the results and will never use them. Never signed up for a subscription, it's completely hidden. I tried to contact them via the form and it didn't work (invalid captcha - there's no captcha...!) I would really appreciate a refund for a subscription I never asked for and ended up being charged £80 for!
I will be calling tomorrow, but really it's a robbery.

Fraudulent practices. Will steal your money via a "subscription" that you never signed up for
Fraudulent behaviour. They will initially charge you £0.50 to get your "test certificate" but what they don't tell you AND without your consent is keeping your card details and then putting your account on a "subscription" that costs £40 MONTHLY for a service that is basically "just so you can keep viewing your score". This is absolutely laughable. This is downright scammy behaviour and fraudulent. I have reported to my bank and the police. And if you have had dealings with this website PLEASE check your bank accounts as they might have stolen money from you too.

Paid £0.50 for the IQ test which was fair enough. Two days later received a debit of £39.90 for a "subscription" i know absolutely nothing about. sent an email and spoken to someone, says he will escalate refund request to billing department. I will wait for the refund and upate this later.

Charged twice and no response from them
Done the 50p iq test and got charged £39.50 subscription after 48 hours. My fault as i didn’t read it properly which is annoying.
The reason for the 1 star review though is because i was charged twice so they took £79 in total.
Emailed there customer services about this and even included a screen shot of the transactions. still no reply after a week.

Charged £40 subscription without knowing :(
I took the test thinking it would just be 50p, there was nothing talking about a subscription in the checkout or in my order confirmation email. A day later I look at my bank transaction to see they charged me nearly £40, I emailed them and waited 15 days with no response before calling them. Really stingy, still haven’t gotten any money back.

Paid for a 50p test and then today, £39.99 has been debited from my account!
No subscription had been set up and no warning that this was a condition of the one off 50p payment. We have emailed for a refund and will pursue until we get one.

*** we have today been told that we will not be refunded the £39.99. At no point, was there any information that a subscription charge would automatically follow buying a 50p quiz. Utterly misleading. Other people have been provided with a refund for exactly the same reasons, so we will continue to pursue this matter.

Got charged £39.9 for no reason!
Same like other reviews, I got charged £39.90 few days after I spent £0.50 for the certificate. I emailed you and you replied with:
‘The offer was clearly stated and advertised as a 48h trial period for £0.50 then the subscription is automatically renewed for a charge of £39.90 every month.’
It is clearly not written there and this is a scam! I am still waiting for your email and hope to get a refund, this is absolutely ridiculous.

It is a Scam! Watch out!
I have payed as everyone 0.50 euros to receive my results but nothing . It leaves me only with an ERROR page and I am sure it is used to stealing money from us as we involontarily allow the set up of the payment through that fraud.
