I sent complaints on the official website with no response. I then contacted them over Vinted and they said they would check my order twice and no response then after I asked for a refund after 11 weeks I got no response. Very bad seller NOT recommend.

Don't bother with this awful company. You will never get your money back the goods never turn up. My son ordered football boots never received them. Send endless emails. Still 2 months and they have still have not arrived.AVOID AT All COSTS.!!!
I placed an order at the 23rd of june. I asked multiple times where it was, they eventually told me it has been shipped the 1st of sept. There is no shipping or tracking number. At the time my order will arrive, it will be too cold to wear the shirt and my son still hasn't got a present for passing his tests.
My son ordered a Chelsea football shirt 15/6/23 i chased it 5/7 advised due to our warehouse asked again approximately 1/8 is the delay due to it being a seasonal thing with football shirts as I don't understand anything about football no response 7/8 I asked for a refund or I would report them to Trading Standards I was accused of being threatening and impatient and was told to wait I wasn't threatening I was always very professional and for the first two emails very patient. When my son placed the order on the 15th of June we were never told how long this would take. I have never dealt with such and unprofessional company in all my administrative career and to be sent laughing images on an email I was absolutely shocked.
