For me it seems its a money making scam as it must be renewed annually ?? You submit same documents etc every year and pay thousands for it. For small businesses it's an expensive option for repeats. The documents are just common sense and have been used long before ISO was created so I don't understand the need.

In reply to my comment. I trade in Aviation with ME and have emails and certificate to prove my comment.

The experience can be considered great because the information is available, well explained and is easily purchased. The whole system is user friendly.
I have been using the service for many years and I have always found it to be a good source of up-to-date information.

It's great, has a lot of helpful tools. It's a little more complex than what I am am ready to understand so some of it is confusing - I wish there was a little more in the guidance section of the toolkit. I'm new at this role so learning at the same time. But I have not finished going through all of it yet! The more I delve into it the more I like it! Money well spent I think!

I recently purchased an ISO 9001 project management template from your website and had a specific expectation regarding the contents. I was hoping to find a Gantt chart worksheet that includes all the sub-specification items (for all Sub-Clauses).

Excellent, It would be nice if you could make reference to the Canadian and provincial compliance legislative bodies. Also, under the Legislative obligations register pull down tab it would help to place more than one reference/link (up to 5). Also please update reference to MSDS to SDS.
