The information in the Internal Audit folder is so helpful and worth the financial expense! The forms are great and such a savings of time, especially the Excel forms.
I have incorporated many of the forms into my system and they work well with my existing files.
I have really been struggling on how to do Internal Audits and the further detail in the Clause-by-Clause section helped with its explanations.

Downloading the documentation was quick and easy and queries since have been answered well.
The IMS templates are well formatted, comprehensive and organised in a logical method. Although there are fewer specific requirements for documented procedures now, for a company implementing their first system by having them available it has made it easier to understand how the "EHQMS" meets the requirements of any of the specifications (9001, 14001, 45001) during the process.
The support materials, such as:
- Implementation plan,
- Guidance,
- Training modules,
- Progress charts,
should help fill in the gaps during the implementation process.
Having gone through the process several times with previous companies and now doing this again for my own company, I would say it has " Everything you need in an IMS".

Great resources to help with understanding the requirements of quality management systems.

The outline has great color coordination and you know when you have hit on every section when the chart is complete. I did hope for a way to audit and review individual sections as opposed to always the entirety to get summaries and charting so we can track how individual sections are working. Appreciated having the companion questions that offered types of acceptable documentation suggestions.

The procedure is great - its the fact I have emailed asking for some information and have yet to receive a response back.
